Sir 1year and 2month na sa work ,Sir panu Po kung failed ka sa evaluation ngayun April at binigyan ka Ng 4 month para improved , before two month sir halimbawa June pwd Po ba magresign dahil alam mo na efe failed ka lang nman , uunahan na Po si employer .At Anu Anu Po matatanggap ni employee kapag nag resign sa ganitong sitwasyon sir. Pati Sa sss benefits may makukuha Po ba ?

Attorney may tanong po ako at sana po mapansin at masagot nyo dahil binabantaan kami ng aming kumpanya na kakasuhan kaming mga dating empleyado dahil nag resign kami ng sabay sabay at sabotahe daw ang ginawa namin, posible po ba yon attorney? Wala po kaming pinang hahawakan na kontrata at wala kaming pinirmahan kung hanggang kelan kami sa kanila. Di rin po tinanggap ang pinasa naming resignation.

Hi attt. What if po simula po ng na hire wala pong binigay na copy si employer ng contract and hindi po sila nag inform na 60days po ang rendering period, or di po nila inexplain ng maayos na 60days po

question po atty. I resigned last May 15th immediate resignation with medical certificate. hindi po tinanggap ng HR kse daw di daw po wet signature. E-signature daw po kse against labor law dapat daw po kse wet signature however yung other employees na nagresign inaccept naman po ang signed resignation nila with e-signature, because wfh nga po kami. so kinontact ko po ulit ang supervisor ko about it sbe nya i-update ko daw po ang signature ko and it should be dated may 22nd na effective date ng resignation. tama po ba iyon?
