    What if the resignation was filed effective immediately and approved instead of waiting for 30 days? can they still be liable to the violations against the company's rules?

    What if sir upon submitting the resignation letter they accept that po kasi they are not registered still magrender parin po ba mg 30 days sir?

    hi attys..can i ask about separation pay...if namatay ung original na may-ari ng isang company..my makukuha po ba kaming separation pay...sa mga anak na mag papatulou ng business kasi po iba na po ang management...sana po masagot ang katanungan ko po...thank you po

    Atty mag Tatanong rin po ako gusto konarin po sana mag resign sa case kaso po may pending case paho kami sa NLRC piro panalo ho kamo sa disisyon for regularization kaso Hanggang ngayon dipa paho kami nite regular sa work kaya po gusto konapo sana mag resign dahil sa 54yrs old napo ako kaso iniisip ko Hilo may pending case nag appeal ang employer namin pwedi hoba ako mag re-sign at hantayin konalang po ang final disisyon sa case namin Kong ano magiging disisyon at ako pot mag rereading na sa work pwedi pobayon ano po magandang reason para mag resign kahit may pending case kami piro kami po ang nanalo sa case sa NLRC at court of appeal kahit sa Eligal dismissal kami Ang panalo.sana po masagot nyo ang katanungan kopo thanks po

    What if after 30 days sa pagpasa ng reisgnation letter wala pa din result sa pending case??. And the staff resigning is ndi na nag duty.. Dahil past 30 days na since ngpasa sya ng reisgnation.. Pwde bang kasuhan ng AWOL ang resigning staff??

    If an employee got suspended for 30days, and she decided to resign, can an employee use the days of suspension as rendering days for her resignation?

      Depends on the employer if they allow it. But generally speaking, no po. Kasi the essence of turnover is so you can TURNOVER the work. Kung suspended po yung employee, no turnover may occur then. Best to ask the employer if they will consider it. Hope that helps!
