    Hi Atty. Zagala and Atty. Ramirez!Thank you po sa info it's clear to me now. I have a question po pag nag resign at meron hindi natapos na trabaho pwede po bang e hold ang employee from leaving kahit na naka 30 days na siya? Sino po ba ang dapat tumapos ng naiwang work ng resigning employee?

    Hello Attorneys! My current situation is I’m currently under 30 day period pero worry ko po na ma-delay since HR refused to accept my written notice because my immediate head did not acknowledge my RL (HR requires my RL be signed by IH). Question ko po, is notice of acceptance or HR acknowledgement necessary for my 30 day notice letter binding? I cant extend beyond 30 day despite their “request” of extension.

    Sir gudpm po sana sunod nmn nyo po gawan Ng video or explanation Yung sa sitwasyon ko Ngayon sa trabaho ko..ganito po Kase Ang campany na pinagtratrabahuhan ko po ay dalawa po Ang mgkasusyo po..Yung may ari po Ng building at Yung boss ko po na nagugupahan ..15years po Yung kontrata Ng boss ko pero pinapaalis na po Siya Ng kapartner Niya na may ari Ng building dahil nagkaroon po sila Ng problema nakaka 7years palang po Yung boss ko ..nagyon po ay attorney na po nila Ang nag uusap naging kaso na po ..kaya po kming mga employees at naiipit po sa problema nila..Anu po pwede mangyari sa Amin kung tuluyan po na dI na sila magkasundo .

    same situation and same thinking, ayaw pa ako paalisin ng employer ko kahit nakapagrender na ako ng 30days, pero pra sakin kung pagbibigyan ko sila, how sure am I na naghahanap ba talaga sila ng kapalit ko..pero sabi ng employer ko magkocomplain daw sila sa DOLE? possible po ba yun? and if yes, ano po kaya ang pwede nila isampa sakin?
