@DashcamNation1 I have 2 new videos for your channel.
💯
00:30 dude literally just pump the brakes and the accident never happens😂
Totally. I find it hard to believe the insurance company didn't find him at least partially at fault: whether or not he had the right of way, he still had a duty to avoid the collision. Instead, he sat on the horn then rammed the other driver.
I think they probably got into that accident because of pumping the brakes, you can see they don't come to a stop for some reason and I don't hear any skidding
He didn’t want the other driver to get in front of him and win 😂
he was at fault ,he def could of avoided that
@@brokenalgorithmnope the other car is still at fault but this was indeed avoidable.
00:30 Classic example of someone that deliberately causes an accident just to show everyone they're in the right. 🙄
💯
Smart man
Correct -- cammer caused this accident.
so what? it wouldnt have happened if she didnt turn into his right of way.
@@kreisiboy1888 It also wouldn't have happened if cammer used his brake pedal for like 1 or 2 seconds LOL
4:47 that radio is hilarious for the situation
7:03 the cammer is an idiot too. no sign of slowing down when another driver is clearly making a stupid movement. Good luck repairing your bumper.
That audio was obviously added to the clip after the fact. Note how it keeps playing after the video is paused.
Came here looking for the response on the video at 7:03. The cammer, in my opinion, is at least 50% at fault, given that he changed lanes in the other car's blind spot, then continued on without looking, failing to take ANY evasive action at all. I don't believe the story, either, that the other car was ticketed. And even if that driver was ticketed, the insurance company is going to have words with the cammer.
0:30 and 7:05 were so easily avoidable. I hope their insurance companies jack up their rates anyway
7:56 is a bit melodramatic. Was the guy being an idiot? Certainly, did he almost take your bumper off? Not really.
Npc on the road, what's new. People will drive dumb but that dude was a whole car length front taking their bumper off
If that's a close call, you need to stay home princess.
@@Squanto9 Literally was thinking the same. What was he thinking?
This is why I’m surprised I’ve never seen my car in these videos.
2:30 The little girl walking in the crosswalk, holding on to grandpas hand is a very aware little girl, she was looking at the car that is about to rearend the cammer and she started running. She has very good survival skills.
7:03 cammer could have avoided that
3:53 LOL “I was going a little too fast…” It probably only took a second and a half for most viewers to see where that car was going. Posting to acknowledge you made an error - good on you. Nice recovery. My first thought was that we were about watch you slide sideways over the median.
Acknowledge his mistake? He tries to blame it on his ABS.
@@mikesmith-po8nd Well…. Benefit if the doubt - he meant the ABS saved his ass so that he could maintain directional control straight ahead. ;)
@@mikesmith-po8nd cammer admitted they were going to fast, that isn't them blaming it on ABS, its just ABS that didn't allow them to turn fully.
Admitted they were going too fast! Then continued to go JUST as fast after they recovered! I guess you really CAN'T fix stupid!
@@raelsadd6378 Going too fast for the conditions is what kept them from fully turning. ABS will not fix that. They weren’t going to make that turn. ABS helps maintain directional control when you would otherwise lose traction and skid. It doesn’t change the stopping distance needed for conditions. In this case, the ABS likely did exactly what its name says it does - kept the brakes from locking up and prevented the car from ending up sliding sideways or spinning. People our age (I’ll pretend you have been driving for about 40 years, like me) were taught you have to slow down when the road is slippery - ABS doesn’t change that requirement at all.
2nd video the cammer had adequate time/space to avoid hitting the person that ran the turn light. There should not have been a wreck there
Absolutely... problem is too many people are too prideful to yield even when the other person is in the wrong...
Fr like he could’ve stopped wtf dude
She took two lanes for her turn, she's an incompetent moron and should have her license revoked.
That's not the point. He had the right of way you're supposed to come to a complete stop yield to the traffic and then you can turn right at a red light. If you think the guy with the cam was wrong then you're probably just like one of the drivers in this video. Also by law you are supposed to turn into the lane closest to you that person pulled into the lane that was furthest from them. And don't say that was parking for the businesses because the white car turns into that lane. And the curb is painted red thus meaning for emergency vehicles only.
@@YeshuawillreturnNobody is saying cammer is legally in the wrong. He just could/should have stopped. Nobody wants to get in a crash
Can we just shoutout @Bobert454 for being a semi truck driver rocking the Spice Girls. Save some chicks for the rest of us my dude.
I was waiting to see if anyone commented on this lol
"she wanted to blame it on cammer" yeah so would anybody else with functioning eyeballs, dude drove right into her on purpose lmfao
Couldn't help but notice that the side mirror is broken on the Malibu @ 3:22 😶
Probably already pulled their lane-change nonsense on someone else, or angered a motorcyclist.
Definitely not her first rodeo.
Soon, it won't be the only broken thing on that car... Soon, it'll be the whole car that is broken.
LOL. Noticed that, too. Lets you know what kind of driver she is.
@@XXelpollodiabloXX a stupid one. some people just think they're always right
the paper plates is probably because she wrecked her last car recently
Love how some of these clips were 2 days ago. I'm chilling at home, and at the same time we are playing Wacky Racers somewhere else
7:05 obviously red toyotas fault, but seriously what were you thinking cammer? you just pit maneuvered this person into a concrete wall going 60+ MPH. put on the brakes, move out of the way, use your horn. just because you are in the right here doesn't mean that you shouldn't try to prevent the accident. this person could have been seriously hurt (or maybe they were, we don't know).
ive noticed this with a lot of dashcam videos, its like because the video is gonna show they "had the right of way" that gives them license to just let the accident happen which at least in my state isnt actually how the law works... yes the other person might get a ticket for whatever you caught on camera but if you couldve stopped and didnt or couldve gotten over and didnt you can also get a ticket.
dashcam is not a free pass to do whatever you want after someone slights you
The person has a legit case of attempted manslaughter and theres a good chance they will sue his ass.
@@infernalkiwi No he doesn't. Insurance will rule 100% in his favor. The other driver made an unsafe lane change and that's all that matters to the law.
@@krodkrod8132 It actually doesn't matter. Damages and insurance are civil. Manslaughter is criminal. It can be both.
@@LeScratch89 Since nobody died, there is no manslaughter going on here. If you want to play "What iffs" what if the sun exploded? See how dumb that sounds? Yah that's you.
0:53 music is a vibe
0:30 Another example of I HAVE A DASH CAM AND I HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY. Collision be damned. Totally avoidable.
3:05 - Evidence of what? Poor driving skills? There was no contact, therefore law enforcement won't be interested. If there had been contact, it'd be a different story.
Is driving with paper plates legal?
Yep, they're called temporary plates, usually good for 30 to 90 days, depending on the state that issued them.@@aralornwolf3140
If it's a temporary plate, which it appears to be, yes
@@aralornwolf3140yes? 😭 its a temporary license plate.....
There is something called driving recklessly
4:45 that was hilarious 😂 😂
00:25. Cammer has time to use the horn and not the brakes. His insurance will find him partially responsible
7:40 HOLY CRAP. I really hope the school district sees what that driver did.
On the contrary school buses are required to stop at the tracks and open the door in order to listen and look for a train. Clearly this one saw one and didn’t think it would be safe to then back up after. That’s how it is where I live anyway
7:12 as much on the cammer as on the other guy. Cammer just moved into the lane, should have realized the other's blind spot check missed them.
0:30 The idea that people like this dash cam owner are out there driving around scares me more than the people making unintentional driving errors.
8:02 this is just a cry baby. "almost gor my bumper taken off" there is room for a schoolbus in-between you and that other car.
5:32 Runs 2 stop signs? Apparently it's all about them.
That guy is such a dumbass.
10:11 There's not enough Spice Girls on the radio these days.
2:21 not the sound effects 😂
7:08 “other driver sent spinning into ditch because I couldn’t be bothered to slow even the slightest amount, and then purposely pitted them because I WaS iN THiS LaNe” fixed it for you cammer.
That's what happens when you make an unsafe and illegal lane change. Turn signal does not give you the right of way.
@@krodkrod8132 Everyone has a duty to yield to avoid a crash. Get out of the "right of way" mindset because only light+siren emergency vehicles truly have right of way. Get into the mentality of "who has the duty to yield in this situation", and then act on that. It will change how you approach things.
@@LeScratch89 That doesn't mean everyone else gets to unsafely merge and endanger everyone else. Everyone also has a duty to follow the law. The law says the person already occupying the lane has the right of way. Do you know more than the law?
i hope they guy that got pitted learned a lesson or better yet has a permanent reminder to their stupidity.
@@krodkrod8132 Law also says you have to yield to avoid a crash if possible, and cammer absolutely did not, so we're both right on that end. Would you like to play telephone some more?
3:27 is infuriating
theres a difference between a dumb driver and and asshole driver
atleast sometimes they own up and are like "aye. my bad, i was being dumb i shouldnt have done that" but then theres ppl who just absolutely refuse to take any responsibility and have no situational awareness. absolutely crazy
1:52 Red light runner almost causes an accident? That's an understatement bud. He almost freaking killed someone
8:00
"-almost get my bumper taken off!" is so dramatic, dude did not need to blare the horn
4:43 "and just know that when you steal stuff, your dog is on camera" huh lol
3:11 "She doesn't know how evidence works" camera guy doesn't understand how not caring works.
cammer should immediately take all that evidence to the local police, and show it to them. Then get the harsh reality of "no hit, no foul" from the cops. Or "why yes sir, we will take this evidence, and search out the miscreant, and give her a stern talking to". /s
TBF, that is a well known protected lane in that part of town and had adequate places to turn around and get the exit they missed. There's typically a very long line of cars behind the cammer waiting in the proper lane. As they say "no bad driver misses their exit".
**light turns green**
**2 seconds later**
"MOVE!"
Dude relax learn some patience
They will let literally anyone drive a school bus. And that's scarier than anything I can think of
School bus driver shortage the past few years brought this on. Smarter thing to do would be to change state laws. Currently, busing is a right but should be changed to a privilege--that would require far fewer drivers and less need to hurriedly hire and train drivers to get them on the road too quickly.
This is especially true in the south. I've seriously lost count of the number of family members who have been hit by school busses running stop signs/red lights. Some of them more than once. It's obscene.
@@jblyon2 Of all the things that never happened, that never happened the most. Do you really expect anyone to believe that you have had an uncountable number of family members get hit by school busses running red lights? I wouldn't even believe you if you claimed to have multiple instances of family members being hit by red light runners in general.
@@culcune"bussing should be a privilege." okay and what about the kids who's parents cant drive them to school for whatever reasons? they just gotta walk now? on major roads where THIS STUFF happens? or do they just not go to school anymore?
@@Formynonmusics Prioritize who NEEDS busing vs. who uses it for convenience. I can guarantee not every child on every school bus NEEDS busing. That reduces needing x amount of buses, and since EVERY bus needs a driver, that will reduce the need for drivers.
Even when I know a crash is coming, there's something so relaxing about footage of someone driving with talk radio on in the background lol
3:11 Better hurry up and do an illegal lane change across a solid line so I can get to the left turn lane, instead of being stuck in... another lane that also turns left.
On the "typical infinity" one I just want to propose a maybe controversial suggestion: let the guy in. So what if he's pushy and selfish, be the kind person and let him go first. Hard to do I know, but this would totally change the driving world and the millions of people driving.
If that guy only knew how Infinity suv drivers were....
4:56 The timing of that podcast and the event happening is insane
It sounded like that was added after the fact
@@newnavut it was definitely an after the fact addition.
1:57 normally when someone says "Brooklyn" they don't mean Brooklyn Park, MN

did you mean 3:55?
8:03 That Malibu Learned that messege from Cars 3 "Sneak thru the window"
1:11 holy shit I drive this way to and from work every day and I remember seeing that trailer in the ditch on my way home LOL
0:45 Yeah, cammer's also an idiot for demanding the right of way and not avoiding the accident.
Second guy is 100% in the wrong
That last trucker enjoying the Spice Girls. Like what you like!
The woman in the garage carrying the child looks at the guy who stopped like he did something wrong! When in fact she was also putting the child at risk because she's looking all over the place like shes walking on the beach! No danger here! When you're Crossing anywhere big heavy vehicles share your path you need to pay attention to everything not sightseeing talking to your friends! It shows how irresponsible people are today! You need to treat a crossing like you're playing on an airport runway especially when you have a child. They don't deserve a Darwin award.
0:30 Cammer completely at fault. His insurance WILL NOT PAY. In fact, the insurance of the Chevy will go after the Cammer for payment because the crash was intentional.
Always something when cammers drive like shit in harsh cold temps and say "Whoops I was driving bad in snowy weather." THEN continue to still drive like ass in said conditions.
2:40 - Why did this woman lift her hand away from holding up the kid, and hold it as if to say, "what"?
2:48 I go to college in Utah and people are very oblivious here while driving, they can't help it I guess
1:38 Nice Reflexes 👍
9:58 Me use "Zipper-Merge" method to make left turn from right lane. You have to stop for me. Me have legal right-of-way

5:55 Camry thinks shoulder is a driving lane
It blows my mind to think that a lot of these ppl really don’t see cars coming their way when it’s so visible 😂
0:00 The chicken is not angry. The chicken is simply disappointed.
3:21 trying to avoid that accident you almost created another one going head on into traffic…
4:13 ezek a mieink!!
I watch a LOT of these videos and the common factor is that people are driving WAY too fast and have plenty of time to stop which equals more reaction time.
3:44 I don’t think she knows how to drive 🙄
So many of these people need to lose their license if they even have one.
1:37 you were unable to stop safely in time and had to swerve. That means you were driving too close.
I think the distance was okay, he just had the reaction time of a dead horse.
I Never Understand People That Blow The Horn Before An Accident
4:46 just listen to the radio and see whats going on...
The audio was very obviously added to the clip afterwards.
It’s crazy how people continue to merge despite hearing honking.. had some guy forcefully merge into my lane. Couldn’t see his blinker until we had a green light and he decided to get out of the turning lane. Laid on my horn and he CONTINUED to merge over. Didn’t think anything of it until I got home and saw scratches above my rear wheel.
Bro the clip where the guy is listening to a standup bit where the thing he describes literally was happening to the cammer was crazy
9:54 calm down
The first person is going way too fast for those narrow rural roads.
But the other driver is completely at fault for pulling out without making sure it's clear. Do not blame the cammer.
Typical speed on a road like that is maybe 45 or 55 mph, with warning signs for the curves. So he's probably doing the speed limit.
This is all on the other guy.
@@mikesmith-po8ndI am from Massachusetts and have always seen the speed limit on these types of roads be no more than 35 miles per hour.
@nBasedAce, I don't understand that, unless it's because you have a higher population density and everything is a lot closer together. In most states, at 35mph it would take forever to get anywhere.
@@mikesmith-po8ndI don't know where you live but sometimes I will see a 45 mph sign but never anything at highway speeds, which would be 55 and over because those back roads speed limits were set when the speed limit on highways was 55.

4:11 I aplaud you. You did what most of us don't do. Acknowledge when YOU were the idiot. Thank you. You learn that way. THANK YOU!!!
And 5:06, I recognize that exact spot. You actually were lucky not to have lots of traffic. I went Black Friday once, and ... phew, I'm happy I am still alive, with no wreck.
1:38 someone with a functioning brain!
Biggest shock of all is that the Camaro driver in the last clip _wasn't_ the one who cut across several lanes. I was keeping my eye on the Camaro almost that whole time
Ah, another video proving that no one in Columbus deserves a driver's license. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
4:25 Yeah, no. You honked *way* after the truck had already reacted.

They're running red lights, cutting off other drivers, and speeding like crazy. It's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.
8:32 I was really waiting to see who else was going to rear end somebody. All those cars stopped really short.

7:05 - Perhaps they checked their blind spot right before the cammer moved over!
watching a car crash with pinkpanthress playing like god intended
when you said paper plates, I was looking for a food paper plate not a paper license plate
You literally have to watch out for yourselves and other drivers since they have no sense out here
I see folks in these videos say things like "it seems like I had a lot of time but it happened really fast". Part of that is reaction time. A normal human reaction time is a quarter of a second. At 60 mph, a car will travel 88 feet each second. So, that quarter second, at that speed, is 22 feet of distance. And that's how much space goes by just to realize something is happening, much less decide a course of action to take. Obviously, at slower speeds the distance is greater, and at faster speeds the distance is less. That's why distracted driving is a bad idea, and so is speeding through neighborhoods where pedestrians or pets may be present, as well as cars backing out of driveways, etc. Save the high speeds for the highways and freeways, and pay attention to lessen that reaction time.
That first video is a back street in Fairfax County VA. NOTORIOUSLY difficult to see out of and turn out of. Honestly not surprising at all to see accidents there routinely.
People disregard the slower speed limit (slowed down in this area specifically for this intersection) and apparently the stop sign all the damn time.
7:36The driver wants everyone to accompany him to hell
4:26 I was not expecting a Hungarian to be in Quebec.
8:49, this is in my country, the Netherlands. It is a 3 stock traffic junction. On the left you see the Highway from Haarlem to Amsterdam 9east-west), Where the cammer drives is the not-right-of-way roundabout (one of the last existing ones in the Netherlands). At this level it is only this roundabout. On the top level is the north-south highway towards Alkmaar, the A9. The lines and arrows have been renewed and everything is better now then before, like in the 90s. If the motorbiker wanted to go to the right, towards Haarlem, he had to be already in the right lane. The van was in the wrong lane too This is the only accident i have ever seen here in these 50 years.
Bike was also signaling left, so also an idiot. Or does left mean right there?
It’s the last clip for me, 🎶🎤🎶
@2:30 Annapolis Target, quite a demolition derby spot.
Everyone knows that the shoulder is the optional passing lane! Right?
7:37
Someone needs to have their school bus endorsement removed from their commercial license. This is a serious violation.
Man, I wish I had a dash cam about three years ago. I was going home along 40highway in the Kanas City Metro on the Missouri side and it's a two lane one way, there's a decent back up along it as it was probably an accident or something. I'm about three or so car lengths from my turn off the highway and onto my side street when a car drives up the shoulder, then about four more, one eventually stopping next to me, who's in a lane. and tries to signal. He stops signaling though when two cops come walking down the shoulder, both with bodycams. One is talking to each driver who drove on the shoulder and the other is writing plates down and putting a sticky note with a number on it on the passage window (That was the side of the street the cops were on). I rolled my window down just a tad and heard the cops telling the guy that he's #17 on the list of people they've marked down to send tickets to for driving on the shoulder, before walking down to the next car on the shoulder.
I can't stop laughing at 5:35
2:10 what exactly the purpose of the family cam?
