The guy in the last clip is aggressively tailgating, attempting to pass on a one lane road and then on a double yellow line, and honking obnoxiously, and someone the guy in the Lincoln is the one in the wrong? These clips where it's a road raging cammer who is proud of his actions are honestly the most concerning to me.

Well the guy in the lincoln is also in the wrong. Not letting someone pass, where applicable, is illegal. Not to mention the break checking. So yes, they are both in the wrong, that's the nature of road rage.

It happens to where when one of these sociopaths "selects" you, they will slow down hoping it will cause you to get closer to encourage them to speed back up. That's their permission to call you a tailgater. It happens all the time. They will even do it to an ambulance. There is video of that in the UK. You may like to also go find the police car who accused a car of tailgating him, brakechecked a few times, stopped in the middle of the road, gave the guy a ticket but the video busted the cop as one of these sociopaths, also called out for doing a stop in the middle of the road. The guy was let off by the judge. Happens all the time. I don't believe tailgater tales by people constantly plagued by them.

I live in the mountains in CO and if you slowed down for this like the roads were slick, you'd get run off the road. You must be that guy who drives with such an abundance of caution, you're actually creating a hazard and are a danger on the road. He had plenty of room to stop if he was paying attention. Five cars ran a red light at the intersection where I was at the front of the line on green -- the last one almost hitting me because I was moving through the intersection on the mistaken assumption that the fourth car to run the light was the final one.

What was the last idiot cammer hoping to accomplish. Supposedly, until the footage started, 'nothing had happened', but then the cammer started tailgating the guy, the guy brake-checked the cammer (no contact) the cammer continued tailgating, read off his plate, then the driver in the green car turned left. Again, there was no contact and according to the text, there was no other crime in which the cammer was a witness and felt the urge to follow the guy; AND cammer followed him...

Saints don't drive left of center, saints don't follow someone that close after already having to slam on the brakes once, saints don't try and use their horn as an offensive weapon. At 4.00, I wouldn't call that a prompt response - if the black car in front had not moved to the right, the camera car would have rear-ended it. It's not enough to watch the car in front and react to it, you have to look as far ahead as you can and adjust your speed/distance accordingly.

Saw a truck with 2 feet of snow on his roof speeding on the hwy today Jan 15 near Ottawa. Complete lack of care for others...
At 6:30, here in New Hampshire, we have Jessica's Law, making it a violation for not clearing snow and ice from your vehicle....fines range from $250.00 to $1,000.00.
People are sometimes surprised when I point out to them that not clearing the top of the car is dangerous - the snow can easily fly off and blind drivers behind you. Saw this cause a 3 car pile-up on the highway when I was little.
I had to tell a cop to clear his back window and roof at a restaurant a few years ago. Thankfully a lot of people in the restaurant heard the conversation so he obliged

3:33 The dark knights. It's a problem that could be fixed with better car design. For that driver the road was well lit and the dashboard was likely fully lit up giving the impression all lights were on when they were not. And why not? Shouldn't the car detect it was night and automatically turned on the lights for night driving? Unless there was a switch the driver could use to turn off the auto-lights. Those lights should also be automatically on when driving in the rain.
Sensor-based lights are pretty uncommon in older vehicles, which the offending car looks to be. Mine doesn't have sensor-prompted lights, as an example. But even among newer vehicles it isn't universal, which seems a bit silly for how relatively simple it is to add.
Also if you turn your dash lights on, your running lights turn on at the same time. This has been true since they put running lights on vehicles, so his dash was not lit up.

I don't particularly like car accidents, but I always feel a sense of karma in instances like 4:42 where a vehicle is passing a slower vehicle in snowy and icy conditions, then loses control. Whenever I see that, I almost always roll the window down and yell "And now you know why I was driving slower" then keep going.

Daytime running lights are poorly designed, the dash lights should not come on when those are on. That is why these idiots think their lights are on is because the dash is lit up.

7:53 HA that's HWY 285 in Colorado between Bailey and Conifer. Sketchy hwy in the winter with traffic. Used to drive it all the time hauling cars to Denver. I did have to use the lat/long to look it up but i knew it looked familiar and then I saw the Rocky Mtn Ham Radio name.

Once upon a time I had a really bad hyrdoplaning incident on I65 northbound in heavy traffic in my 300S and I always hope I'll see it posted on one of these videos by someone else on the road with a dashcam because I had a 10/10 heroic recovery lol.

3:55, some may neglect to turn their lights on but I have encountered people that say they don't have to turn their lights on because they say that they can see where the're going even though the law states that they must have lights on after sunset. In suburban areas and on roads that are lit these moron don't realise that is not whether they can see, it is so other drivers can see you.
I love in a state that has wipers on, lights on laws.
And, a study in Canada found a reduction in accidents of people had their lights on during the day, so there's that too.
