Hey guys, thank you for watching and drive safely! Make sure to share this video across your social media platforms so more people can watch and learn from the video, let's raise the awareness together!
1:48: I'm going to rip past this guy, only to change lanes right in front of him and then slow down immediately. "Guy rammed into me while driving on grass" 🙄
"I brake checked a guy and he rammed into me!"
I'd like to see the rear cam of that vid to see them forcing the Toyota into the barrier causing them to swerve
I suspect that the video before that intersection is pretty interesting too.
With any reason at all there was obviously a barrier of space between the 2 cars. Just because someone cuts you off doesn't mean you can ram into them.
I know that area, used to live in it. People drive like it's Mad Max around there all the time
The sheer number of people who do nothing to avoid collisions is mindboggling. It's better to assume people around you will drive like idiots - be both defensive and vigilant to protect your vehicle and yourself..!
Its phones. All of them rear ending, wrong lanes, side swipes, no signals.. all of those are due to phones and loss of attention. With a lot of people relying on google navigation to go around or making videos and calling, sometimes making tiktoks, changing radio stations.. its ALL PHONES AND SCREENS
agreed. Having done doordash for 3 years i've seen my fair share of idiots on the road literally like everyday and it's only gotten worse this year. IT really is due to phones. Can't tell you how many people i see always on their phones not paying attention while stopped at a red light, when driving and not looking when they only gotta look 2 ways before turning. It's infuriating in fact. I've always been a defensive driver but this year has made me even more so. My eyes are glued to literally everyone coming off the highway, onto the highway, at every light. I assume just about 90%+ of the drivers i see on a daily basis to be idiots
exactly
Yes! Now a days I watch 4 da hypocrisy. *text says* This guy blew the stop sign! *watch’s as you also don’t stop either. The only difference was the other guy was going faster than you.
It's all the time with these cammer videos.
To the Tesla road rage guy, you should have had him follow you to the police department. Would have solved all of your problems
Sydney drivers......my last year I spent living there, I stopped driving just over bull like this.....he couldn't just let it go, he had to stalk him.....
I’m still trying to figure out why Tesla drivers do that hahah their fucken car is recording it. The insurance knows. So you can’t just pick and choose what clips to send them. They know when you’re lying lol.
Failing that, if they're going to make you hit them, be happy that they'll be waiting many, many months for parts.
Tesla drivers are noobs
Tesla drivers are so full of their own self importance because they’re “saving the planet” driving one of the most toxic filled vehicles you can get.

My favourite is when the cammer sees the idiot doing his idiot thing, or about to do the idiot thing, but then does absolutely nothing to prevent an incident, because "I had the right of way." I'm looking at you, cammer at 1:01.
was just aboutta say that dickhead had more than enough time to avoid that shit but had an ego trip
I've been the passenger many of times in a car, where the driver had to do one of those, "Oops, I fucked up!" maneuvers (maybe not as bad as this) when missing an exit.
Yeah, you might piss some people off, but you do it carefully, and you hope people are paying attention and are understanding. I can't see how NO ONE has ever not been in a similar situation.
One of my friends has expressed her frustration with other drivers, in which they are simply unkind, which leads to more traffic, and more accidents. She said, "Everyone should just be helping each other out more on the road. Just work together! No one wants to be stuck here. It's not all about you."
@@ShesAaRebel I've never been in a situation where i've done that. If i miss my exit, i get off at the next one or take a detour further down. I don't cross lines like that and almost cause accidents
@@ShesAaRebelPutting your life in someones elses hands in the hope that theyll be “kind” and let you in even though youre the one that wasnt paying attention is quite the gamble. Way more worth it to just miss the exit and save your life. Could you imagine if everyone who missed their exit did this? Please be safe and careful out there lol
your whole assumption is that he would be looking at the highway, most drivers will be looking towards where they are going. we might be looking at the highway because we are execting an accident but thats not where the attention of a driver is focussed on, he'd be looking at the semi
I love how the first guy was like "wtf man" and then when told the police was being called he instantly said "it's not a big deal" lmao yeah you know you're in the wrong
Pretty much every time someone rear ends someone else, the person who did the rear ending will be at fault. Yeah the white car brake checked him but there is a good chance that the cammer will get the fault because he "failed to control" his vehicle. Ive seen this play out before, and its wrong, but ive seen it.
@@Mike-zl4zsbrake checkers can very well be cited for accidents they cause. However, I'm not sure it applies here. Cammer can very well see the turn signal, chooses to ignore it. They can see the Rav4 change lanes, choose to ignore it. They should have slowed the moment the Rav4 changed lanes. Cammer let their ego choose they wanted no one to pass them . Take your L and move on. Not saying the Rav4 were right to brake check and probably will get their share of blame here. But cammer was completely wrong during the entire sequence. I know people will say turn signal doesn't guarantee a lane change, but Rav4 was changing lanes into a spot it fit. Cammer should have reacted by slowing to give space to follow at proper distance.
@@AquariumThoughtsthey literally did slow down to let the car in, you must be watching the wrong clip
If you are rear ended during an improper lane change you will be at fault. My kid had a opps low speed accident last month where she improperly changed lanes. She was rear ended but was declared at fault and given a warning(I was really grateful the police officer just did a warning verses a ticket). Our insurance paid for the other car and ours doesn’t need anything fixed.
"Defensive driving describes the practice of anticipating dangerous situations, despite adverse conditions or the *mistakes of others* when operating a motor vehicle."

Man, this episode was especially violent.
Casually reminder to everyone: pay extra attention and take extra care to drive safely, especially while it's getting colder and dark earlier for some of us.
1:50 " My brake-check did not work out well." FIFY (If you watch the stripes on the road, it is pretty easy to see.)
I'm not convinced about that. He didn't stop very quickly for someone trying to brake check someone. The car in the left lane didn't even overtake him.
Yea, Alexey definitely did some crazy overtake and then immediately slowed down quickly.
1:55 two idiots meet each other. Why hit the gas and then cut him off & slow down 💀
Doesn't justify the silvers car overreaction but at least ya both have karma now
EDIT: 1:57 holy shit if you turn up your volume very hard, can you hear someone texting or could that just be a coincidence?
I don't think that's someone texting because the sound continues even after they get hit, if it was someone texting they would have paused for at least a little while.
@@oogy9175 Dang you're right I hear it too now

1:45 I would bet that this clip is part of a much larger road rage incident that the cammer edited out to try to avoid self incrimination. Go back a minute or two and we would probably see the cammer instigate the situation.
you wrote exactly what i was thinking, what an interesting clip...cammer definitely was in the wrong to cut them off
Even if you are correct, assuming no other contact between these vehicles, that does not justify what the Highlander driver did in going off the road to initiate a collision.
@@briancooper4959I don't necessarily disagree with you. I'm just saying that there is most likely more to the incident than the cammer would have you think.
So If you watch the stripes on the road, the camper didn't brake, they let off the gas.
@@DUxMORTEMYou can see the nose of the car dipping down. That doesn't happen unless you're hitting the brakes.

No waiting for a gap or anything, the world was just supposed to stop for her. I slam on the breaks and swerve and she still takes out my side mirror and drives off.
6:30 The Tesla guy did have his signal on. Also, the United States is an outlier when it comes to changing lanes and not having to let people in, ever. In most other countries it's required to let someone in, at least in some circumstances. I don't know off the top of my head how Australia or New South Wales fall on those rules, though.

Typical f150 behavior
@@sappyjohnson LOL you think that was speeding??? Camera speedo shows 30mph! You must the the truck driver
I put more blame on the cammer there. They knew there were cars turning left across their path but put themselves in a situation where any left turner would have very little time to react to the cammer suddenly appearing in the intersection: the left turners on the cammer's side obscured them. Cammer went into the intersection blind, hidden, and at speed. I call that reckless.
2:00 To me that looked like you intentionally slowed down in front of the Highlander as if you wanted them to hit you.
Edit: And just for clarification, I don’t condone how the Highlander reacted whatsoever. But, the cammer shouldn’t have quickly passed them just to suddenly slow down.

The Tesla one is hilarious! It's like those two Indian guys swearing at each other meme. I laughed my ass off!
Some of these are completely unavoidable. Some are avoidable if people would slow down, not try to get ahead, let someone in instead of trying to block them out. Believe me, I get frustrated in traffic when people are stupid but it's not worth accident or injury to prove my point.
And every time you let them in you have reinforced their ability to intimidate people into accepting their dangerous entitlement! I will not be intimidated when I am driving by the rules and they are being a/holes.

2:45 I wish traffic engineers were given more freedom to modernize our Traffic Signals. Putting flashing yellow arrows on high-speed roads with no regard to current traffic conditions just seems like a bad idea to me. They could install/update the cameras already controlling the intersection to determine approaching traffic and only permit a flashing yellow if there's a sizeable gap, but that would be expensive to implement. (Both drivers were idiots though for not being more aware of each other on the road and for speeding.)
Yep, seems like ever since they implemented the flashing yellow arrows we've been seeing more accidents at intersections where there didn't used to be very many. My mom was involved in a really bad one (bad for her car, she came out fine luckily). It was a left turn onto a 2-lane rural road, coming off a busy, 60-mph 4-lane divided highway. She was hit by a car hidden right behind a semi (who, if I remember right, might have been switching lanes mid-intersection) at 60+ and I think she said she spun a few times. Really bad place for just a flashing yellow. (Almost everyone goes 70+ on that highway, some go a lot faster though. So it's extra dangerous)
The purpose of the flashing yellow arrows is to avoid _yellow trap._ Yellow trap is when a person waits in the intersection for a gap in oncoming traffic to turn left, and the lights he's facing change (to yellow, then red). And he simultaneously assumes the oncoming lights are changing too, but they don't. A second purpose is that the arrow for the lane enforces the requirement to turn while allowing both permissive and protected phases to exist as needed.
Cameras controlling traffic signals isn't so much a thing these days. Modern radar detection systems could possibly be setup to do as you suggest, but whether the expense is justified is questionable. There's probably a reason that the signal isn't doing a protected phase, but that would be preferable than trying to rig up fancier flashing lights that no one is going to pay much attention to anyway.
@@LotusbandicootRR _“Really bad place for just a flashing yellow.”_
So, what was there before? The flashing yellow arrows are replacing the existing permissive phases (green ball). It's possible some engineers have changed protected turn phases (green arrow) to permissive ones to ease turning delays and having to wait for the green arrow signal, but I haven't seen that where I live.
@@jovetj I don't have a problem with the flashing yellows themselves per se, it's more just that I don't trust other drivers to be safe about it

0:56 Cammer had plenty of opportunity to assess the situation and just lift off. Either they weren't aware of their surroundings or they sped up a bit to prevent the red car from getting in front of them. I say both are at fault.
1:46 Looks like the cammer sped up to get in front of the silver/grey SUV then slowed right down. Even drifts right a bit like they knew the SUV was going to come up that side. Doesn't excuse the SUV's actions though.
2:48 No comment on the crash because we can't see the traffic lights, but the front turn signals on the red SUV are terrible. At least it has amber rear turn lights (that should be the law), but the front ones are too small. Again, this is not a comment on the crash, just an observation of the vehicle design.
5:35 Did the small truck just pull out of an autobody place?
5:52 Cammer might have had the right of way, but the situation demanded more caution. Situational awareness means asking things like 'what might I not be able to see' and 'who might not be able to see me'.
9:39 This is why rear _and_ front plates should be required.
11:04 What are those things attached (with what looks like velcro tape) to the window?
0:56 Bingo. Though I say the cam driver is at fault for not doing anything possible to avoid an accident. If he had just slowed down, it would have been fine.
2:48 The traffic lights don't really matter here. The red vehicle already committed to turning on the current signal cycle by stopping in the intersection. But he did not yield to oncoming traffic, which you must do until it's passed or actually come to a stop should the light have changed.
5:35 The business sign reads auto parts.
5:52 I don't think the cammer did anything wrong. He wasn't going too fast and he was still able to stop. The guy in the truck should have been able to see him and yield.
11:04 They look like small lights. Probably LED. Because "LOOK AT ME!!!" in the dark.
@@jovetj 11:04 If they are supplementary brake lights, I can understand that. Pickups are getting so tall these days with huge hoods that you can park a small car in front of them and the driver wouldn't see it. If the trend continues, cars are going to need lights on stalks like buildings near airports have.
@@JonMartinYXD Extra brake lights have been built-in to vehicles for decades now, so I doubt that's what those are.
@@jovetj I would bet that you are right. Extra brake lights are just the only 'benefit of doubt' I can come up with. The car probably has lights underneath it too for that Fast & Furious vibe.
I hate saying things anecdotally but I swear red light running is way up in the last 5-10 years. I wonder what causes it. It's not just gig drivers or something, it's everyone!
Fear of traffic tickets. People either slam on the brakes for a yellow light or redline their RPMs to try and get through fast enough. Both options are bad. It's been proven that having cameras on lights actually causes more accidents due to this, but the government isn't going to give up one of their cash cows.
Not me, no lights in my piece of paradise, just roundabouts.😆
It's called _distracted driving._ That text message isn't gonna send or read itself!!
@@iamnotafraid It can, if enough people press for it at the local level. There's enough studies to back the removal these days. Used to be red-light cameras in the town I work in but locals got them removed after they showed collision rates increased at those intersections.
I only run a red if I can't safely stop in time or someone is riding my ass. Which is increasing so when somebody rides me like that, I start slowing way down
1:46 You literally sped up to go around the other drive, probably nearly took off the front end of the vehicle, and are surprised when they retaliate....sounds about right.
He didn't do anything wrong the guy getting mad over getting passed was completely wrong, I would've sued him.
@@joshkenobiwan You saw nothing wrong with that pass at all? Remind me to never drive in the same city as you.😳
2:04 Ah, Russia. Now, while it doesn't excuse his actions, you did cut him off to pass the pick-up truck, so you wete asking for it.
This isn't Russia.
Cammer is definitely an asshole here... not necessarily the only one, though.
what kinda car is the cam car for 1:50 it lowkey sounds good
How do these people not stay up at night? I accidentally pulled out in front of someone 3 years ago and it still haunts me
They have no compassion and a big ego. Also they're stupid. Also they have bad breath.
That dude Juan M had me chuckling..
5:15 oh no is everyone OK? How the hell should I know it just now happened. LOL
5:00 IMHO both drivers are at fault here. The driver of the car without headlights on created a dangerous situation where their car was difficult to spot, and the driver of the Subaru Crosstrek picked a bad time to turn into traffic. Even if the car they hit wasn't there, they might have merged right into the camera car passing by, considering the small gap in traffic they aimed for. I think they felt pressured to go because of the line of cars behind them, but that is not an excuse to put yourself [or other drivers] in harms way!
5:55 Truck driver says he was doing 1000mph dash cam says 30 🤦♂️
2:04 First time I've had a jump scare on one of these videos 😅
#1 White Toyota ... unsafe lane change and brake check good for at least two tickets.
Tesla driving needs to be in. Physco ward
Well this is cool! My little town of Longview, wa is represented here at the 5:48 portion where the vehicle collides with the scrap hauler. This is the third street noth side of the 😊tennet way overpass intersection. Folks always acting crazy at this location. Never thought I would see something from my area. 😊
I was actually hauling paper recycling in that box 😅
@@rickybobby7019 well I hope things worked out ok in the end for all parties involved. It looked like you got smacked pretty hard.
Yeah everyone involved was ok
1:48, I lived in that area!! That’s located at Eastlake and oldsmar in tarpon springs FL!
The snow can also shift and come off while traveling on the highways. It can, and does, strike other vehicles. People have been killed because of it. I live in the Northern Rockies where we get a lot of snow. There are yuppie types here that like to drive their off-road type vehicles (land rovers, jeeps, etc.) around in traffic, piled high with snow. I guess they think it looks 'cool' or something; as long as they get their selfies! They're so self-involved they are clueless that they are putting others in danger!! 🤬🤬
I don't believe it's so much "looking hip" but sheer laziness and/or poor planning.
@@jovetj Indeed. Never attribute an action to malice that can be explained by incompetence or laziness.
5:40 time to go back to the body shop lmao
at 4:30 is on green river road in Evansville, in, really funny I instantly recognized it
Why even confront people if there's no contact?? Just let it go...
Because entitlement and victim mentalities.
