    I'm not sure I'd call this a "flow," as that has more of a yoga feel to it. I've done animal/primal style flows and it's not quite what this was. I might call this "Primal HIIT" if I were in charge of naming it. My pendantic-ness aside, it was a fun and challenging workout. I really needed the warm-up and cool-down because I really struggle with my mobility/flexibility. Sit all day in front of a computer, don't sleep enough, and that happens. Some challenges to work on if/when I try this workout sequence again! Thanks for posting it!
