I realize this is old but this was a challenging workout for me, using my 18# weighted vest. When we got to the frog jump I started to go a little slower and by the last workout I actually had to go lower impact, but I burned 312 active calories with an average heart rate of 144bpm (for me near the upper part of zone 3). I didn't expect an all standing cardio workout to be so hard, but I am happy to have done this.
