Hey Courtney, it’s 6 o’clock in the morning here and I’m a 60 year old woman who just finished your 30 minute cardio and ab workout. I just want you to know I wake up with you every morning and you’re awesome. I know I have a couple of years on you and in this past year I have felt like all my hard work over the last 40 years was worthless because as you age your body changes in ways you don’t necessarily appreciate, but having said that, the fact that I can get through these workouts with you is absolutely amazing and you really motivate me if you’re ever in the Tampa area, please look me up. Did this today. Loved it. Reminds me of taebo. I don’t think a lot of folks focus on the kicking as much as you! I love kicking! It increases that HR and really helps the core! :) wonderful buckets of sweat gf! :)
