I agree with Rafael. The battery has enough power to cycle the gauges and turn the light on. However, not enough power to turn the motor over. the noise is the starter clicking. I would charge the battery and try again. Have a great New Years!

Rafael Galarza, I have the same problem. Clicking noise and won't start. I had the battery on a trickle charger over night. Trickle charger light turned green indicating fully charge. I left the trickle charger connected and tried to start , but no luck. As soon as I tried, the trickle charger turned red.

I agree it's the battery...I leave a trickle charger on mine over the winter...I got it for $17

it sounds like your battery doesn't have enough amperage to start the bike

did you fix the problem, mine was just one click, ordered a new relay. Now it start normally, next day just clicking ?
