I love the fact that you use a torque wrench. I always use a torque wrenches because I had a problem with breaking or stripping out fasteners as a younger man. All my friends and family used say that I don’t know my own strength. I had one uncle that would only let me grab a ratchet by the head😂. When teaching my kids I made use a torque wrench when applicable.

I too know the feeling of a bolt all of a sudden getting loose. It sets off an alarm and the voice in your head starts yelling ABORT! ABORT! Using a torque wrench give me the peace of mind to know it’s scientifically tight.

It is always amazing how tight the access gets on some engines. Great job of making it look easy!

I know. It looks like they put all the extra room at the front. The editing make it look easy, I cut out all the complaining. This one wasn’t bad though. It’s weird That truck was our newest (2016) and it’s needed the most of the common repairs. Some of our 2012’s don’t need anything and some need more work then others.

Boy it is nice not to have to disassemble half of the engine for a simple repair. That overhead creeper is awesome.

I like using the overhead creeper. It’s much better then the bucket I used to use. Or the little 2 foot ladder. I find it’s nice to have the pad to lean or lay on instead of the radiator support
