If you want slimmer thighs in terms of fat loss, this workout will help with that!
If you want to slim down your legs by reducing muscle mass, I'd suggest checking out my cardio workouts and doing those instead of your usual leg workouts. They'll still work on your legs so they stay toned, but won't build up much muscle on them.

You definitely have legs, and you sure know how to use them.
Squats: 15 times
Low side squats: 15 times
Curtsy lunge to side squat (each side): 10 times
Squat jumps: 20 times
Leg raises (each side): 25 times
Leg raises knee toward chest (each side): 15 times
Toned hamstrings (each side): 10 times w/ 10LB dumbbell
Alternating jump lunges: 20 times
Squat pulses: 35 times
