For anyone who want to try this
I did this for 2 weeks and now my posture is so much better and i lost back fat plus as i am teenager my height increase by 1 cm
So yeah guys do this it's really worth it
Did the reduce the size of your breasts?
@@psychadelicpotato8580 I don´t think so! In general, when you lose a lot of fat/weight your breasts will also become smaller. I wouldn´t trace it to this workout specifically :)
@@genevieve7144 im still confused 😅some said it won't make much of a difference and I wanted to do this without losing much fats from my chest
@@psychadelicpotato8580 this is ultimately healthier than not doing this so go for it! Don't stress too much about losing chest fat, if it becomes somewhat of a problem you can use pads or something similar (if you really want to).

Literally the only workout that brought the line back in my back and burned the fat around my mid back. I also do her ab workouts after, but this is my fav back workout (without weights)!

@@missgirl3460Hey yes! I’ve been doing this workout and alternating with another CZcamsr’s back workout. My back is stronger now and I can feel the line without having to flex hard. It also helps to have your posture upright

@@user-ry4ir2su3f spot reduction is not possible. Your body decides where it will lose fat first. Training back makes your back stronger but has nothing to do with your love handles.

I have been doing this workout for 2 weeks now! And it works very well. I am a student who spends most of her time with sitting in front of the computer or in the classroom. I often have pain in my back, but nowadays I don't!! On the other hand I wanted to get a slimmer back and to my surprise, not only my back, but also my waist got slimmer. :))

@@skzreplayyy I don't think so, I have been doing this one with different workouts + I go to the gym, so I can't give you a proper answer, but it helped me to reduce back fat! :)
This worked wonders! I have chronic pain from a few compressed fractured vertebrae in my thoracic spine and seriously after one workout my back pain disappeared! Now I keep it up every week, It feels like a miracle :D!!!

I started doing this workout because when I noticed when I dance, that I don't have fluidity of movement in my lower back (lumbar)... almost like it's tight or something. I tried this the first time and I thought my back would be killing me after. It only is uncomfortable while doing it, but I get through it! I've noticed better posture, more fluidity in my back and really my back just looks much more shapely. Love this video

when I do full body exercises I would advance the video when they put an exercise that had to do with the back because it costs me too much. I decided to look for exercises only for back and this video helped me too much, at first I felt that I would die and I only did it until the middle of the video but I went down and read the comments that motivated me too much to finish the video. I've recently had to choose alternative exercise to what I was doing. My knees hurt so bad. I like that this all performed from one basic position. No need to get up, get down, get up again, constantly changing positions from on the floor to standing etc.
