    I’m now about 120 and I’m starting june 11th 2024 and need to get a little fit before my 8th grade year( September) I’m gonna try to come to this every week just in case I don’t lose motivation

    I'm gonna try this work out daily. Ask me about it 2 weeks later.

    Arms went from 15 to 14, will update again after 2 weeks. I didn't do it regularly or the whole video but still it made difference
