They have taken my comments on board and McDonald's HQ are carrying out quality control in restaurants nationwide to make sure that they are meeting this standard.

Kay, why have you not realised yet that the egg goes in the mix to help bind it, not on the outside! Also if you are making any type of shape, you need to mix it well, like you would a dough.

Have you tried putting the egg in the mince and mixing it?? You burgers will stay together then when your shaping them and cooking them. Add some seasoning and will add a bit of flavour

Sorry, but burgers, especially big mac's, are not made with eggs. No eggs are involved. The only egg that should be close to a burger is maybe a fried egg on top. It's not a meatloaf. Its a burger.
