Qxh7 Here you are (only) a knight, a rook and one pawn down but it is very hard to stop the past pawn on the h-file. Both sides have not much developement but your pawns are a little bit overextended and there is basically no way to develope your remaining rook fast enough to stop the h-pawn. You can only capture it with your g-pawn, or your bishop which opens the way for the white h-rook to infiltrate the back rank.

At 2:30 you should have played Bg4 then Be2 then Bxf1 exploding the king by force
Opponent can sacrifice queen to defend, which kinda ended up happening anyways (but cost opponent an extra pawn the way Simp did it)
Im push queen pawn until it gets captured then queen kills enemy queen pawn
