  • This is a HIIT cardio workout tabata style with short intervals that allow you to push yourself much harder than you would be able to if you were working for longer intervals. HIIT workouts like this can be used to help burn fat, boost endurance, and build more explosive speed and strength. If you're looking to get leaner, then HIIT once or twice a week can be a great addition to your fitness routine. A workout like this can be used as a super finisher to any weight training session to shed more body fat and burn more calories.
    ✦Format: : 20 sec work, 10 sec rest
    ✦NO Equipment needed
    ✦Exercises include: jumping jacks, twists, mountain climbers - shoulder taps, down dog alt heel taps, cross jab-hook, star jumps, shuffle side double hops, side lunge-knee drive, sprawl-jumping jacks
    ✷Modifications: Step out instead for jumping jacks or star jumps, calf raises for any hopping movements
