  • A full body aerobic (steady state) kickboxing inspired workout with low impact cardio modifications, good for a recovery day or some weekend fun to get the blood flowing and for beginners, a positive step toward any fitness/weight loss goals. We begin with bodyweight exercises to prime us for the kickboxing moves later in the session with dumbbells (optional). Remember, no equipment is needed so don't sweat the choreography- I didn't 🙄.

    ✩Format: : 40 sec work, 10 sec rest
    ✩Equipment: optional lightweight dumbbells (e.g. 3-5lb)
    ✩Exercises include: knee drive (abs) front kicks, back kicks, upper cut, hook, cross jabs, shuffle, jumping jacks, crunches with cross punch, rear dent fly w/ hop, reverse table swing, jump rope side-side
    ✷LI Modifications: Any hops or jumping movements can be modified to calf raises or step outs
