  • This is a 20 minute cardio kickboxing routine organized in 2 rounds so it can be reduced to 10 minutes if you would like a shorter session (see Timestamps below). The intensity will depend on whether you opt for weights for Round 2 and the speed with which you execute the moves. Depending on your needs for the day, you may opt for a more steady state cardio session or you may want to "kick it up" and go for a greater burnđŸ”„

    ✩Format: : 2 Rounds, 30 sec work, 10 sec rest
    ✩Equipment: Round 2: option for lightweight dumbbells (e.g. 3-5lb)
    (Shoes would also be a good idea 😉)
    ✩Exercises include: cross jabs, upper cuts, hooks, knee drives and front kicks, bob and weave, shuffle and kick, roundhouse kicks, cross punch sit-ups
