@@Moonlight-wz5gv oh, i’m sorry. i’m not looking to lose weight myself actually, but i’m in a rabbit hole of these videos 😅 probably not good for me lol.. take a grain of salt when listening to people online, but i think having a balanced diet and eating distinct meals might help. oatmeal has lots of nutrients, and it’s quite filling so that’s why it might help som people. i make it in the microwave with one parts oats, two parts water on m high/high for two minutes(creamy consistency) add salt, spices, nuts, fruit, veggies (grated carrots with cinnamon, almonds and a bit of maple syrup 🍰or with pesto, tomatoes and spinach for savory oats yumm) remember that everybody is different, and our bodies are aswell 💕

@@sya5nyets an easy way is just have it in a certain amount. Maybe it's pizza have a Slice maybe two. Sometimes it's ok to have it. And have whatever is made at home and whole foods like fruits, nuts, rice, oats, chicken etc.

Bean pole skinny all through childhood, gained weight in college, now I’m just uncomfortable with 10-20 lbs extra and no muscle density or energy. I eat 90% healthy but I can’t work out for more than 5 minutes… I’m so inspired by your journey!

great video!!! to pay it forward, i'll share two of my fav sandwiches. one for breakfast, and one for lunch/dinner.
1. sunny-side-up egg which i sprinkle with salt and pepper (92cal), a cup of raw spinach (7cal) & a tablespoon of olive oil (120cal) on two slices of whole wheat toast (120cal) for a total of 399cal. i don't like raw spinach on its own but for some reason it's so good in sandwiches. i also have a preference for whole wheat over white bread, it just tastes better to me. it's a simple sandwich but i adore them and i have them every morning now with water, black coffee, or tea.
2. i get these quinoa veggie burgers (i'm vegetarian) at aldi, they're 180cal and so delicious. i put one on two slices of whole wheat toast (120cal) with five pickle chips (5cal) and yellow mustard (0cal) and boom delicious. and only 305cal to boot.
obviously i have kinda specific and unpopular taste but if either of these sound good to you i recommend trying them!!
a tip i have is chew slowly until your food is fully broken down and then swallow followed by a sip of your drink. eating slowly makes you feel full by the end of your meal and the drink helps too!!
