I don't do diets but I lose weight what I do is :
Wake up drink cup to 2 cups of water
Breakfast: anything I want but I should eat something rich in protein with it
Snack: I drink cup of water and a chocolate bar
Lunch : anything I want in a plate or a sandwich it depends but also it should have something rich in protein and fiber
Snack : fruit salad
Dinner: soup or anything else but it should contain either protein or fiber like milk dairy products eggs vegetables mouse and so on ....
(Note : make sure to drink 8 to 14 cups of water a day and get enough sleep try avoiding too much salty food and I also do one of chloe tings workout and shirlyn kim workout together if ate alot alot alot like s starving monster

My dad told me u also can eat a lil fish/meat or even beans next to salad and really it doesn’t add any calories especially the beans r the best andddd also potatoes are sooooooo helpful istg eat 1 or 2 potatoes next to the salad and PERFECT

I hope you don't follow this though. You just need to eat as healthily as you can & know that you can eat what you crave for as long as it's not too much & exercise regularly, drink a lot of water & sleep well!
itzy's diet is the healthiest ive ever seen compared to other idols diets coz some of them skips meals
I’ve finally listened to my doctors and mom. They’ve been trying to get me on a diet since second grade 😭💀 it’s been 8 years and now I’ve started on it- my diet is based off of Park bo ram. Although I do substitute things either because I don’t have it and or don’t like it.
Here’s what the diet plan was:
*Breakfast: one sweet potato + chicken breast + cherry tomatoe +veggie salad.
*Lunch chicken breast + low fat milk
*3:00pm 1 banana + 3egg whites + one yolk
*6:00pm aka dinner 1 sweet potato + chicken breast + veggie salad

I substituted the sweet potato with a pear, had chicken breast (seasoned) and a small salad with no tomatoes for breakfast.
Did some dances for 30 mins and sweated a l o t.
For lunch I ate nothing since I took a nap and woke up at 3💀
3:00pm I ate half a banana, ate eggs (seasoned it a bit and it was gooddd) and one small piece of leftover chicken. I drank water in every meal cause there was nothing else lol

For lunch I ate a salad with chicken. Lettuce, other leafy veggies, avocado, carrots, strawberries, pineapple. All of that made me full and it was the BEST! I also added chilie flakes on the avocado and some salt.
Overall, I feel really inspired and it actually felt great to eat something refreshing for once! And yes I did exercise as well (to just dance and CZcams mirrored dances) so ye!!

update: did day1, day2. messed up on day3 and ate so much 😭 so I'll do 2 more days.

I guess no matter how many times you gonna do this..you gonna end up binge eating at final day or day after that try to add more heathy stuff to much your own body needs
The lack of protein is sad. This is basically an all carb diet. All you're gonna lose is muscle and water weight, with barely any fat :/
@Lilith86Bella I didn't say they don't? But the food used is too low. The girl won't even be hitting 50g of protein.
Definitely not enough to build enough muscle to burn actual fat though. It's just low carb and calories which can help the insulin therefore help not store fat and use fat but not increase any muscle strength for better results not just muscle loss or water weight. Better to build muscles to tone the body and strengthen it while also increasing your metabolism.

@@noodjles3567 you will lose fat if you are in a SLIGHT calorie defecit. Slow is better than rapid and more sustainable, which means you will keep the weight loss for good. Building muscle will help you burn more fat in the long run as well
Hi! As someone who spent months in an eating disorder treatment center I learned a bunch about nutrition and how the body works with food. Eating like this can actually make you gain weight in the long run. This is not enough food and your body knows that so essentially your body goes into starvation mode. However once you stop eating like this, your body isn’t going to snap out of starvation mode and it’s going to hold on to everything you put in it because it is used to you depriving it. almost all real nutritionists will tell you that diets do not work. If you went to a therapist who specializes in eating disorders and told them that this was your diet, they would tell you this is disordered eating. Also if you DO try this diet long term, it WILL fuck you up. You will have reduced brain functioning, effed up blood sugar, you can even osteopenia which is like pre-osteoporosis. Not to mention the short term results and I mean SHORT term, will eff with your mind.

@@teehee5481 notice I never said you gain weight WHILE starving yourself. I said in the long run when you eventually stop using these tactics your body will be more likely to hold onto whatever you give it due to your putting it in starvation mode for so long. Starvation mode is a real thing. Because of this, your body will also keep you from losing weight if you’re at a major calorie deficit for as long as it possibly can before actually making drastic changes to your weight.
@@emvdl6883 but when you get in an extreme caloric deficit your body starts to hold on fat to keep the body functioning so I’ll be more difficult to loose weight. And what you said is the yo-yo effect.
@@valeriafmsh2615 like I said in my last reply, your body will keep you from losing weight (hold onto fat) as long as it can when you put it through a major calorie deficit. Which like you said results in slowed weight loss.

Please I’m begging you guys, don’t do this. This is horrible for your body. Last year I starved myself and only ate 2 meals a day and barely ate enough, like 1300 calories plus exercising. I lost a lot of weight, and actually didn’t even need to. I have never been overweight but have horrible body image because of kpop. I also lost my period which was nice for a while, but is actually very very bad, and so thankfully I had no choice but to go back to eating normal around 1800-2000 calories a day. But once that happened I gained all of the weight back even worse than before, even though I used to eat 2200-2500 calories with little exercise and weigh less than now. because my body is so afraid of being starved again, our bodies are not dumb, it will ruin your metabolism. They will adapt to survive no matter what. I had to deal with brain fog, paranoia and anxiety, low heart rate, and fatigue, and still do to some extent. It’s not as bad anymore but now I constantly have to live with symptoms for the rest of my life and I am at constant risk for osteopenia and heart issues due to not having a period anymore, and this can happen even if you don’t lose your period, just dieting in general will cause this. If you are already at a healthy weight, you do not need to lose weight and diet. It will never be worth it. Even if you do lose weight it ruins your relationship with food and makes it impossible to properly nourish yourself and enjoy food like a normal person ever again, or go out to eat for special occasions. Your body wont let you sustain a weight it is not meant to be at. This is just the truth, I’m sorry. If you get too thin for your bodies liking some how you will either gain the weight back, or you will end up with health problems and lessen your life span. Your healthy weight is not the same as anyone else’s, we are all different. Focus on health rather than appearance though it is not easy at first it will get better.

You can always take tomatoes out and choose a different fruit or vegetable as a snack! And onions are not necessary, you can just add more mushroom or cabbage :)

I'd maybe add tofu to up the protein content for the lunch (since these are busy girls dancing so much), but overall it looks so much better compared to most Kpop diets. Also, keep in mind this is an amalgamation of all of the girls diets, so what they eat as a whole over the course of the day may be more or less fulfilling than this and that moderation is key.
This is still not enough for them.. its messed up
Ok so I tried this diet and I usually don’t eat dinner but this sort of encouraged me to do so. It’s a nice way to start eating healthier (for me personally bc of my bad habits) but I’m at my highest weight (132 and only 5’1 ft) and I’ve only been able to maintain it even tho I drink helLLA water , trying to eat better and I exercise(dance and some workouts) EVERYDAY, I wish I knew what I was doing wrong :/
If you haven’t been doing it long, it’ll take a while to start losing weight. Since you’re short (I’m the same height), cardio will not work that well for losing weight. You need to incorporate strength training like weight lifting or calisthenics and cycle that with HIIT cardio along with regular cardio. So strength training 3-4 times a week at least if you’re starting out. Also, make sure you’re satiated (full but not over full) with every meal so that your metabolism is constantly running. If you eat too little, your body will start to hoard fat because it thinks you’re starving and need food reserves. For our body type, it’s best to eat three meals like these but cycle in satiating, protein-based foods like tofu, fish, or fruits with nut butter. You can also snack in between meals with fruit so that your metabolism is constantly working.
Please do not do this diet long term. A few days is okay but this should not be done longer than that. You're just gonna make yourself more hungry and binge on other foods. Choose food with high protein, high fiber and healthy fats. Diet is 70% of the equation while exercise is only 30%. If you restrict food and eat too little for too long, you damage your metabolism.
@@TheTruthHurts6666 yeah I think that’s exactly what I did to my metabolism bc I developed very bad habits :( I was at 110lbs and at 133lbs in less than a year. I’m just afraid of getting heavier when I try to fix my metabolism 😭😭
Oh also I did this diet for a week and I only just ended gaining 1 lb 🥲 I think that kind of shows how slow my metabolism is and how little I ate before this diet I just don’t know what to do anymore
I’m going to be starting this diet too, though I may do something’s different. I’m 5’1 and weight 145-150. I don’t weight myself often, but it’s definitely bothering me. I don’t have any confidence and I want to start changing that. Good luck to you and remember to not stress too much if you stray a bit here and there, so long as you primarily stick to a healthy routine.
My sister tried iu's diet and god she looked like someone sucked the life out of her body. She started shivering in the middle of summer. I had to tell her everyday that eating a little healthy wont make her fat in a day.. Now she eats twice a day in her small bowl but that's a start.

To help with cutting onions make sure your knife is very sharp. A lot of the burning coming from using a dull knife where it will crush the onion more than cut causing the acid to spray out

@@BaniBunnie Hey! I actually didn’t get hungry, i ate fruit between two meals for once. Except that i drunk coffee during the day. For the record the afternoon recipe was my favorite one! Also i did workout for two days, it did go well. After the diet i lost 2 kilograms or sth like that :))) I’m thinking about doing it again!

I followed this diet and lost 2kgs but changed it according to the stuff I had at home, I ate fish and egg instead of chicken, and before breakfast I drank turmeric tea and bulletproof coffee and chickpea salad in the afternoon and also I didn’t work out. I ate a cookie after dinner 2 days

(Tip i learnt from a random short on yt.
When cutting onion keep a damp cloth nearby . Apparently onion releases chemicals that need moisture and since our eyes have a lot of moisture, they go straight to our eyes , so it burns...)
having a really sharp knife helps in preventing onions from making you cry because it lessens the bruising when slicing it

I think it would work if you added like a 30 min exercise routine, jsyk if it doesn’t work then you might have health issues/hormone imbalance, or it just might not work for you.
Don't sacrifice your health for an unrealistic beauty standard. They often don't like to eat like that but are forced to because their income depends on it.
Especially to all the young developing girls here, it's so easy to fall into an eating disorder which is very harmful, very miserable and causes long term damage. I've been there and please don't go down that path. Focus on eating enough, healthy, fresh, plant based foods and a good amount of activity/exercise. You will stay slim and energized/happy/healthy.
