    Chia pudding is my staple😎👍
    Brew any tea flavor.. berry, vanilla spice, lavender...
    Add chia seeds, add sweetener, keep cold overnight.
    Breakfast treat: overnight oats, chia seeds, homemade yogurt, berries, honey or maple syrup
