    Can you share some research or evidence that states our bodies produce less cholesterol in relation to the one we eat??? see when it comes to dietary cholesterol there are three types of people hypo responders , normo responders and hyper responders... hypo and normos are the ones who don't get affected in terms of their ldl irrespective of their dietary cholesterol intake... but hyper responders are the ones who get pretty good amount of rises in their ldl by excess dietary cholesterol consumption... i personally would say its better to keep your dietatary cholesterol intake withing 200 mg and your ldl should be below 80mg/dl....

    Dietary cholestrol has absolutely no effect on blood cholestrol so irrespective of how many egg yolks you eat your blood cholestrol is not gonna increase.Besides egg yolks only increase hdl cholestrol and not ldl so you cant put a threshold of 500mg of dietary cholestrol since there are people out there who eat upto 14-15 eggs a day with normal blood cholestorl or even lower

No replication research is available to rule out the bias found in a single research of researchers... And my personal experience I included aloe vera juice after filtration but it caused an upset stomach..
