If you will checkout the sponsors of these associations you will find multi-million meat and beef companies and pharmaceutical industries. Theses gaints fund their researches which are mostly biased. Even American Government is involved in this.
If you checkout the diet suggested by American Heart Association you will find Red Meat and Beef ( falls in class 1 in terms of cholesterol amount).
Next time you read a research published on sites do checkout who funded it
About eggs I would agree with your point up to an extent , eating 4 to 6 whole eggs won't rise your cholesterol cause your body can regulate it.

Thank you so much for the video Sir. I'm continuously doing home and park workouts. I got some results but not like the gym. I don't like gym and certainly hate working in the crowd. One, of my friend said that diet is importat. So, from yesterday I started eating Fruits, eggs and stopped eating Rotis. I searched in the CZcams egg white or whole egg. Your video pop-up and thank god I watched because I was doing the same mistake of eating only white egg and throwing yolk in the dustbin or giving to the dogs. Now, I'm gonna eat full eggs per day. One, more thing I want to know is that shall I stop eating roti or lower down the quantity. I'm not doing gym, I'm not taking any coaching. I'm regular in home and park workouts which includes different exercises. Kindly, guide and share your thoughts? #Haveaniceday 👍

I'm from Kerala.
I used to check my cholesterol bimonthly and was found to be in the 160s. After reading about egg I couldn't take a decision as there were different studies which were contradictory. Hence I ate 2 whole eggs daily for 2 weeks with my daily usual 1hr workout and decided to check. I made no changes in my routines. Still my cholesterol spiked up to 216. So I couldn't agree with this video.

dude you need to not only lift weights but also do some cardio.....and there is a difference u need to keep in calorie surplus and defecit....secondly it differs from person to person....i eat 3 eggs in a day still my weight is in good control and also my cholestrol is in good level

10 whole egg daily in is not recommended your fat inatke will get too high assuming u eat other meals too... Limit it to 5whole and 5 white egg.

@@Nishantsinhamonu there is no limit on fat intake..you can have 200g or even higher amount of fat and still stay lean..total calories should be restricted..
@@jayesh1891 in that case issue related with fats also come (increase LdL , HDL ) , endurance loss and many more ... it's not just calories in vs out. the macro composition also matters with micro in your total calories in.

Sir Please make video saturated unsaturated polysatursted, transfat monosatursted fats... Most products like ghee, coconut oil, egg, milk comes under saturated fat which is bad for health. Recently heard that coconut oil is saturated , it is mono saturated which is healthy. Please make the myths about our Indian food and these saturated food... U was mentioned about coconut oil in another video but please try to make a separate video about dietry fats ( saturated and unsaturated)..

Bro I joined gym 3 days ago, I am 68kg but I did 80 kg deadlift 3 sets 10,8,6 reps and lot of back exercise and my whole body, especially lower back is still paining since 3 days. Is it normal
@@simplestain6409 you're going too heavy too soon mate. Focus on proper technique with lighter weights first, and then gradually increase. Although since it's been a year now, I'm quite confident you would have progressed a lot.

If you are taking requests - Pls make a video on endomorph/ ectomorph/ mesomorph body type- does diet , macros , training and lifestyle factors differ for each ? Do each of these have same resting calories ? The body type idea doesn’t make sense with BMR and different reactions of these body types. This is a major area where some knowledge is required.
