Hi Akshay Sir, I was one of them who blindly trust these youtubers without knowing the truth or any research. I also disliked your old video of oil pulling just because you are telling agains my heroes. But soon after seen so many videos of yours, now I started use my own brain ... Seriously ... The one thing you told us is that never believe on any person's statement without any evidence or research proof. I'm an Ayurveda student and I'm really amazed by how he explained these things simply and very accurately.. 💯 people just make tall claims these days in the name of Ayurveda and in turn defame Ayurveda.
