      But as a veg, portion sizes are definitely a real challenge. So let's say for an athlete who has a requirement of 160 gm of protein Along with home cooked food you'll likely need whey ya koi other supplement for protein requirement.

      ​@@hitesh6245Athletes used to eat atleast 30 roti in a day, which is 60g protein by itself. Add in dry fruits, seeds, lentils, dairy and you will get to the requirement easily. The trick is to burn all the extra calories you are eating.

    I've been doing this, eating lots of daal, whole eggs, roti, rice,fruits and vegetables. I don't shy away from carbs, and it's not just protein you need, you need fats, carbs as well.
    My case is different from most people. I eat more carbs than recommended and less protein than recommended, still I gain more muscles year after year.

    Sir i do 1 hr cycling and in moring i go to ground by cycling then do joging running around 1 and half haour.
    But sir i m not able to take a badhiya diet bass jo roti sabji chtni banti hai wahi le pata hu na koi fruit wagre dal bhi 2 3 din mai ek bar banti.     Being an overweight girl I was always asked to completely give up on carbs, focus only on cardio and not weightlifting or strength training and was asked to go on excess calorie deficit plans! Thanks to you Sir! The day I came across your channel, there was no turning back! I have been eating rice, rotis even parathas with achar, but yes a bit of portion control and the right set of exercise at home atleast for 45 minutes a day it includes HIIT workouts, Weight and strength training, an achievable calorie deficit plan (I took help of your informative videos on all of these and designed accordingly). So far I have lost 13 kilos and there's 10 kilos more to go! Can't thankyou enough for this, Sir. I have been doing intermittent fasting as well but I'm afraid I might be doing it the wrong way, that's why I would really appreciate if we can have a dedicated series on that as well. My generous thanks, best regards and Salute to you Sir! 🇮🇳❤️

Your content helped me and many more like me with their doubts.But sir, with due respect, one thing i really want to highlight is that not everything is bad in our fitness industry. In my opinion, being a mater of your field, your responsibility is not just to tell what is wrong only, but to praise those things too, which are good about this industry. Being your follower, i also want to know good about this industry, there has to be something good. I would like to see those things too sir.     Sir,I'm following you from Last 4months and doing gym also and I realised one thing that there is no one perticular diet eat good with your food and also these all myths like eat low carbs and only salad without whey protein you're nothing these kind of situation I faced in my life but after watching your video I can say that I'm on my good way🙏🙏

    Sir, but when we combine vegetarian sources for eg. rice and rajma inorder to get the "complete" amino profile don't you think the glycemic load is also increasing?🤔

      Add dairy Product also w it (eg curd, buttermilk, paneer etc ) to complete amino acid profile

    Hello sir mai na abhi k11 fitness academy se diploma in person training kar raha hun mera ek basic nutrition ka class hua usme mujhe yeh bolo gya h ki body ko carbs ki jarurat nai fiber ki jarurat nai h or fruits bhi nai khaani chaiye kyuki woh bhi sugar h fructose or umse yeh bhi bataya gya ki vegetable nai khaane kyuki woh bhi carbs hai bas high quality protein hi kha sakte h aap jaise chicken whey protein eggs milk curd paneer yehi or carbs nai fat kha sakte h saturated fat sir mujhe ab samjh nai aara ki itne saal se har jaghe yehi suna ki carbs khaa sakte h limited amount me pr fibres bhi khaa sakte h digestion ke liye ab yeh bolte h yeh nai khana yeh sahi h ya nai I don't know please reply aapka kya kehna h
