Hi. I ordered a remanufactured chair on Thanksgiving day. Curious how long it will take to arrive, given the holidays and all. I'm guessing you're super backed up from Black Friday sales.

If series 2 has gas cylinder sinking problem how does it adjust set screw like other steelcase models? I did not see set screw after seat removed. thanks
There isn't a set screw in the series 1 or two, unfortunately you would need to replace the cylinder.
@@CrandallOfficeFurniture I purchased a pipe wrench just to remove that gas cylinder but can't even get a good grip on the cylinder, it doesn't seem that easy on your video for removal, any better suggestion?
what are the dimensions of the box I need to pack the chair?
If you purchased from us please reach out to our customer service via email to contact@crandalloffice.com
use a mallet instead of a hammer.
For a really stuck cylinder we recommend a hammer but most of the time a mallet works just as well.
Didn't show how to remove the back 👎
The back shouldn't be removed for return, The back and the core of the chair stay together.
