Logan saying "I didn't make even money out of this" is pretty irrelevant because his intention was clearly to make money when he started but it blew up in his face before he could!

So the big problem is you can tell Logan hasn't talked to a lawyer about this at all. The reason why is because he really highlights in his apology video about how famous he is. Inside of a defamation lawsuit, you have to demonstrate two things. One direct malice which is really hard to prove when you're a famous person. And two you have to prove that Logan lost some type of money from Coffeezillas videos. Let's say Logan does do all of these things. He would still have to go through the process of discovery. Which would prove a lot of what Coffee is saying was right. That's why I'm pretty sure there's not going to be a lawsuit from this.

The main problem is Logan has to prove Coffee lied maliciously. Which means he has to prove intent and that Coffee lied which opens Logan to discovery where Coffeezilla’s lawyer can ask for Logan’s lawyer to turn over evidence which they’ll be legally required to do.
Except that if he sues Coffee, he'll have disclose way more info in the discovery and I think we know how that would go for Logan. He'd be far more stupid than I give him credit for to try and sue for defamation. To prove defamation, he'd have to prove that Coffee purposely lied to attack Logan's character/rep. Logan definitely knows this and is just trying to use his much larger platform to bully Coffee into a retraction.

Even if no one on the Cryptozoo team made any money off the project, it could still be a fraud. Fraud is not defined as the unjust enrichment of someone by deceit or dishonesty. Fraud is the intentional use of deceit or some dishonesty to deprive another of their money, property, or legal rights. Now, if you gained something during your fraudulent actions, you could also be charged with "unjust enrichment".
This always drives me crazy when people mix up the terms or use the common usage for the term and not the legal term.

Just because you didn't sell your coins doesn't mean you couldn't have made a profit elsewhere. The fact he is so proud of him not selling makes me think this is exactly what they planned if they got caught.
A big thing I've noticed is that he likes to harp on not selling the coins he personally held.
It says nothing of any or all coins being sold, which they obviously were to give Eddie and CK their payout of 1.4 and 6m respectively.
So whilst Logan held his personal coins and didnt sell, they technically owned all the coins to begin with, so any price that they inflated to they took a profit of during initial sales.
To make things clearer;
If Logan had 1000 coins in the project each starting at a value of $1 each. [-$1,000]
He held onto 200 coins for personal use/sale at peak, but ended up not selling.
800 got sold at a base value of $1 because it's tied to a stable coin so can be traded out at least for $1. [+$800]
In normal terms this means that he would have taken a $200 loss from investment. However, crypto fluctuates and the coin fluctuates in price in relation to a couple factors;
As less coins are in the market the price hikes.
Hype for the project increases the price of the coins.
Using the coins in the 'Game' portion to get the NFT's reduces their supply, lowering circulation, increasing price/value [scarcity creates value].
The coins are no longer selling at $1 each, but anywhere from $1 and up.
Using the previous numbers;
If the price of coins spikes to $5 and stabilises until all the fresh coins are sold [800], aside from his personal coins [200], Logan would have made $4,000 from the sale of those coins.
With a loss of $200 from the personal coins and the initial $1,000 investment his total profit would be $2,800.
This means that Logan received a minimum return on all coins traded and sold except the ones he and his manager owned.
Worst case scenario he lost whatever portion he and his manager withheld and didnt trade.
He should have, even in the scenario that the other scammers fucked him over, turned a profit or broke even.
Okay but when he ACTUALLY thought it was a 10 million dollar studio... thats when i lost it 😂😂 he doesnt even realize how absolutely ignorant/uninformed he is and how his own words are going to be his downfall. Tbh I love to see it 😂

Also, the 10 Million Dollar Studio is a joke of Coffee's. It's one of the best jokes ever i.m.o. He puts out info about people scamming others on his channel. Mlms was one of the things he was talking about years ago and scam tech. While also talking about other scams that were money grabs. Then the Spring of 2020 came around and Ty Lopez came out with his infamous Lambos in his garage ad. Coffee at that time was busting out info about tons of get rich schemes from car and money flexers. He just started doing it more often 'cause the scams were high during the height of the mess the world was in. So he decided to make the 10 Million Dollar Studio as joke about all of these schemes and money flexers. Plus to use for him in videos busting these crappy people. There's some Easter egg kind of jokes in his studio that viewers of channel know about. He has a Lambo that he shows sometimes parking in a garage at the building and he sometimes has one behind him. An omage to the Ty Lopez kind of gurus. Then he has the tech stuff like CSI people while being in an old style of detective kind of building. I like the robot bartender he sometimes talks to. It's a pretty cool looking studio and building/city i.m.o. He said about a year ago, that he had an Ukrainian (that was still in the Ukraine last year) friend make it for him. Though Logan doesn't know that 'cause he's not a Coffeezilla viewer. He's trying to make it seem like Coffee is pulling one on his fans and especially the ones paying monthly on his Patreon that the studio doesn't cost that much and it isn't real. No duh. We know that. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Logan comes out and says that he was jk about the studio and he already knew it is fake and that he already knew the fans know it is fake.

Logan didn't sell because he had an agreement with his partners not to sell until the value was at a certain level and they had discussions about how much to sell so the price wouldn't tank. He got scooped by his partners who sold early and by the time he wanted to sell it wasn't even worth it.
How does he not realise that not making any money on a scam doesn't change the fact it was a scam. A failed attempt doesn't make it okay.
