Attorney tom on CZcams is suing him on behalf of the people who were victims of this scam, I'm actually excited to see the results of this, attorney tom seems like a great guy and lawyer from what I've seen.
The lack of refunds might also help the case
@@ineedanap3215you got that backwards. Giving out refunds would help the case against him. Its basically an admission the problem exists. Not giving refunds is likely advice straight from his lawyers to make their job of defending him easier.

Coffeezilla has all my respect. he’s single handedly making it harder for scammers because they know that Coffee can and will expose them eventually. these people ruin lives and sometimes have people ending their own lives over what is done to them financially. So even though half the time i don’t get the technical jargon i still watch all his videos.

As long as the lawsuit exists there won't be refunds. Giving a refund would make his lawyers job much tougher. I doubt he ever intended to give the refunds to begin with.

Kind of think Logan Paul might snap. Someone else whose exposing him is getting on Joe Rogan, who probably dislikes him now on a personal level. His acting career didn’t work due to his reputation as a influencer (wasn’t taken seriously, too controversial to hire). He’s living an objectively lavish lifestyle and is in an objectively good place life wise, but I feel like he’s led by ego and his is taking a beating.

Looks like as of Jan 2024 Logan said he would refund 2.3 million….if they then sign an agreement they won’t sue him. It’s almost May and I didn’t see anything that he actually has refunded anything. I hope he has.

The thing a out the block chain is all you gotta do is verify the wallet to the owner, and you can send their money back to them. Basically they don't even need to do that. They could just reverse the transactions, OR just pay each wallet listed on their token, or NFT page. You are just sending money BACK to who SENT it lol. It's nit rocker science lol.
