Actually the reason Shayla brought up the IVF topic is because Catherine used the fact she was having a boy for content. She hyped it up her entire pregnancy and before being she claimed a psychic told her she would have a 3rd baby and it would be a boy, and they did the whole gender reveal like they didn't know being the entire time they did know. Shayla was stating as another fact about them using their children for content and how they lie so much to their audience not that she is shaming anyone that chooses IVF. She shaming the fact how much they lie and use their children for content.

Also, people DO do it sometimes to try for a certain gender, which is perfectly fine. Until you take into the fact that they probably just wanted the “perfect” family image of having both a boy and girls to make more money in the long run. Everything with them goes back to money
I wouldn’t be surprised if they did this intentionally because the kids are seen as as marketing strategy versus a child. I will give them props though they tend to leave the kids out of when they do the meet ups..but can you imagine if they didn’t how much backlash they would get? That’s literally the only positive thing I can say about their situation, which is literally the bare minimum.

Yes, she specifically stated in her we got married video that she never got ivf and the problem is not with her getting ivf but with her lying about it. Also, she cannot say that she trusted God would give her a boy and was psychic and knew it was a boy if she got ivf. People are also having issues with her reason for doing ivf (gender selection). They are not bashing women who go through that process when they are unable to conceive children themselves. Catherine is gaslighting her audience into thinking Shyla is some evil woman when she knows plain and simple why Shyla brought that up.

Catherine needs to realize that so many people would have been in full support of her if she spoke up a long time ago about Austin's behaviors, but now she's dug herself too deep and decided to not stand with Shyla as a concerned mother. I'm just scared for all the children involved.
Personally I don't give her a pass. She's as involved in these things as Austin is and sometimes I feel like she's pulling the strings. Yeah people used to feel sorry for her in the past but that won't fly after everything that has come out.

I think a lot of people missed the point about the IVF comment.. Catherine can and has had kids naturally without needing IVF, but to do that just to select the gender is not comparable to women who NEED IVF to conceive. The ivf thing isn't about ivf; it's because they cared more about having a boy than just enjoying the children they were blessed with.
IVF is a good thing, but being so hellbent on the gender of kids is toxic AF.
Yes, I think gender-based birth choices should be illegal. If you need IVF and you go in for a second round and have a choice between a male and a female embryo, fine. You have to make the choice anyway. But if you go in for IVF just so that you can choose the gender of your baby, that’s a shitty thing to do. For myself I have a religious perspective too, and I believe the universe will choose the child you should have, but even from an atheistic perspective, it’s such a waste of resources and says such horrible things about your priorities as a parent. Heck, for all you know that kid will grow up to be trans anyway. Just love your kids; gender shouldn’t matter.

Easy ways to keep your niece a part of your life without showing her on the internet:
1) Don’t film during your times with her and instead focus on having genuine family time
2) Still film while she’s around, but make sure she’s is out of shot while you do it
3) Film however you want, but when you edit it, either remove clips with her or blur out her face for privacy

I disagree about the IVF stuff. While there is nothing wrong with IVF itself, getting it to have a child of preferred gender is very wrong. If you can't love a child if it's not a specific gender, then you are a bad parent.

I don’t agree with this because people try for a specific sex ALL of the time; people will often end up with 7 children because they tried 5 times for a different sex. It’s more responsible for someone to proceed with the use of science and responsibly have children rather than keep trying and hoping for the best, ultimately ending up with 5 replacement kids until you got your precious girl or boy. EDIT: A good parent should love their children the same REGARDLESS of their gender but if said parent has already had one gender and want one of each, they shouldn’t be demonized for it.

Just bc someone has a child and it's not expected, or perhaps unplanned, doesn't mean the child is less loved!!! If someone is even CAPABLE of loving a child LESS or not at all, they're not normal average people who should be parents of anyone! A woman falls in love with her baby before she ever knows anything other than she's pregnant, in normal pregnancies. You start feeling "butterfly" flutters of movement extremely early in the pregnancy, and it hits your heart like a mack truck. If you want children AT ALL you're going to love whatever child you have. Just bc it's not the exact same way you envisioned, is NOT going to reflect the love you will have for it. It doesn't matter if you have multiple children or only one, you will love them the same, and different, all at the same time and with equal measure.

I’ve been doing IVF for 2 years now and I don’t think Shyla was saying it to talk down on those that need IVF. But rather calling out those that use IVF for vanity reasons and then lie about it. The infertility community really frowns upon people that use IVF for vanity reasons… it’s the reason why it’s still seen as elective and not covered.
I said the same thing under Rich Lux video on this. The only reason she finally made a response video is cos Shyla said Austin tried to kill someone which I FULLY BELIEVE and lil miss Cathy knows it’s true herself so she just had to run to social media to hurry up and try to make it seem untrue which no one believes her besides her 5 year old fan base. in regards to the cancer thing, i just want to say it is perfectly normal for women who have suffered from abuse to be happy when their abuser suffers. Take jennette mccurdy's recent book for instance, these women are suffering because of these people so i wouldn't care if what catherine were saying was true.

I 100% believe what Shyla said. Every fiber of my being tells me she's telling the truth. Either Austin really did do, or at least say, that.. or at the very least, someone involved told Shyla that. She isn't just making it up. Why would she? She has plenty of of dirt on them. Making up such a wild accusation, if truly unfounded, would just be foolish. What my gut tells me is that what actually happened was along the lines of Austin being enraged when he first learned of Cole's video exposing him, and in the throes of a hissyfit he said some FCKED up sht, which included claims that could or would have Cole kIIed and r aped. Whether he truly meant it or not is debatable, and imo irrelevant, bc even just saying something like that is disgusting.

I feel awful for Shyla and I can't stand Catherine, but the IVF bit is private medical history. As a doctor maybe I have a different view, but that crossed a line, even if the intention was to reveal their lies about choosing the sex of the baby.
