Hello, you may have realised this is a reupload. That is because I was made aware of a company that was promoted in my previous video to which now knowing more details, I don't want to promote. The video was up for 20 minutes and I have now severed ties with that company. I have received no money from them and will not be receiving any money from them. I'm annoyed at my self as I rarely take sponsors for this channel and at first glance, I thought it seemed like a fun one to do. Sorry that I posted the video, stupid error on my part. Hope you enjoy this video without the sponsor anyways!

Yeah its actually a huge chain of companies that all piggyback off of one another. Established Titles is run by the same people that do the Kobeni knives, and a few other things. Its actually so prolific, i hope more people realize.
I was in the middle of the video and had to do something, came back and I was like "am I trippin'?" because it was gone 😂
Frankly, I am shocked, Austin McBroom even pays his lawyers. I wouldn’t be surprised if the next lawsuit comes from a law firm for nonpayment.
Lawyers don’t do shit without getting paid first, or at least a deposit, but I think if he would pay anyone it would be lawyers, bc their fee is no where in comparison to what they owe

I saw this comment when I first started the video and thought "ikr lol.." but then I got to the part where the "lawyer" says that his client "doesn't owe you sht" and now I'm convinced that he doesn't even have a lawyer and it's just Austin using a fake email lmao I mean what kind of lawyer would actually think you could get away with that? Everything is electronic. Dude can very easily prove that he sent 50k, and the contract blatantly says he can take it back. What an ldiot.
Either the lawyer is fake, or Austin just found the cheapest lawyer he could possibly find and they just suck at their job 🤷♀️

They absolutely do understand; Even a single phone call saying “it’s been financially tight lately” indicates to most children that there’s a lacking of finances in the household. Both he and Catherine have some kind of problem. They could have easily made a fortune legitimately - but it's as if they have to screw someone over with any venture. I hope people have finally worked out it's never smart to involve yourself with any Ace activity.
honestly. The whole skincare brand fiasco, too. She could've sat back, take a couple selfies with the products and she'd be set for years.
Not to mention the fact that it was actually one of the only influencer skincare brands that wasn't shit.
I think they genuinely believe they’re some kind of genius businesspeople and constantly overestimate their abilities. In reality, they’re completely incompetent and are having to constantly think of new ways to generate income in order to pay off the debt of the last bust they thought of.

My opinion is, there should be a rule on how often you can get sued before going to jail (I know this rule could be troublesome, because this could lead people to just sue someone for whatever reason, in the hope he/she will end up in jail eventually - so this rule should only apply to legit lawsuits). These people have been sued so often for legit reasons, they should be in jail already

As an accountant, this reckless mishandling of finances makes me want to leave this planet. I'm also just shocked at the cost of everything in general. Like damn, I can watch a fight outside the local pub for free! 🤣 And no one even offered those guys money, just too many pints!

If they didn’t live above their means, behaved like a actual family focused unit, not engaged in scams, wouldn’t they be close to being able to retire on sensible, obtainable investments with their view money and sponsors?
If they had stayed away from scams they would be fine. The only reason they’re in massive debts right now is because they’re dumb and never thought about the long-term consequences of constantly getting cancelled for scamming viewers and constantly getting lawsuits for scamming companies. They would’ve been even higher millionaires than they are now.

I follow Chantal Jeffreies and I used to follow Catherine before she married Austin. Chantal dated some famous people but the girls are best friends and we’re roommates. Chantal is still child free and a Dj now… anywho I’ve noticed Catherine out with her recently over the last year and on her stories more. Makes me happy. I know she’s done shady things but before Austin she was really really sweet and I hope she gets away from his cringe self.

@@jen7916 there are videos out that explain it more in depth, but essentially they're owned by venture capitalist company based in Hong Kong selling "souvenir plots" in Scotland that don't actually entitle the purchaser to be a Lord or Lady, the land they're selling is already protected forest and as for tree planting they don't do it themselves but donate money to a non-profit that does. However there are no public records of if they actually are donating or how much
