- Time to upgrade your booty! 🍑♥︎ This workout pumps your booty and makes it look round and lifted without doing squats! If you want to grow a bubble butt, you can do this workout with a resistance band and ankle weights as well. But of course, you don't need any equipment to feel the effects. Do it regularly and you'll see the results very fast! This workout won't grow your thighs, no worries!
▪️ Intensity: Medium
▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Remember to squeeze your butt muscles every time you raise your hips. Imagine you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.
(• If you have had a neck or spinal injury prior, don't do this exercise until you have sought the approval of your medical doctor.)
