I recommend following my routine + incorporating cardio in your daily schedule + following a healthy diet. It’s hard to see results in just 3 or 7 days but you will be able to see the first results after 2 weeks of doing this 🥰

Sanne !! when I do these leg workouts I noticed the area above my butt below my lower back starts to bulk up!! I think it’s the gluteus medius - so I’ve stop doing leg work outs but I wish i want to 😭
if you're at the first you need to do a lot of exercises and the most important thing to do it right you can also eat very healthy 😉
