    starting from today I have a very bulky leg so lets try it for 20 days
    thighs:28 inch
    day1:✅ I was literary dying my legs were telling me to stop but I didnt it burned alot.
    day2:✅ didn't feel much of a burn
    day3:✅ dying again

    Thank you very much to this channel, I managed to lose 25 cm in 4 months (without diet), I can even see a thigh gap, I'm finally confident with my legs, I also managed to lose 5 kg, another thing, I drank 2L of water every day to help lose weight

    I tried for 1 week just now! I can feel my thighs are stronger and it get rid of my bulking inner thighs!!! It was really annoying to see that little fat in between of my thighs and I've tried so many way to slim it down but I can't. until!! I found your video!!!! Thank you sooo much Hailey!😘

    So I’ll do this workout for the upcoming week and then share results :)
    Start = Left: 53 cm
    Right: 53,5 cm
    ------------
    Finish = left: 52
    Right: 52,5 Cm
    So it’s been a week and I lost one cm on both legs and my legs are more toned. I just added this workout to my normal workout routine but it definitely works :)

    Left upper thigh: 59cm
    Right upper thigh: 58cm
    Left lower thigh: 45cm
    Right lower thigh: 45.6cm
    Sharing results after 2 weeks !!
    Day 1: OUCH! This workout burns more than it looks like, it is pretty painful and the burn hurts like hell, I do recommend now if you like deep burns during your workout but otherwise - Day 1 is completed ✅

    Day 1-done it didn't pain that much after exercise but after 4-5 hours i can't even lift my leg
    Day 2-my legs were paining but i did it
    Day 3 and 4 -i skipped because my legs were paining so much
    Day 5 -done
    The left it incomplete my leg got fractured

    i alredy did this workout but my thighs are bigger now so Im going to do this again to get my dream legs back....
    L thigh : 54.8
    R thigh : 55
    Day 1:✅was really hard but fun! :)
    Day 2 : ✅️ it was still hard
    Day 3: ✅ done, I can see little thing gap 😮
    Day 4: ✅ so late now (1:30am) but I really want to do this❤
    Day 5: ✅️ did it and today was actually harder😮
    Day 6: ✅️ still hard, thus time I'm not on a diet so the results are harder to get but I can see that my thighs are now smaller and more toned😊
    Day 7: ❌️ rest day😊
    Day 8: ✅️ done, I actually can't see the difference anymore but I started a week ago and I ate a lot lately so I will keep doing this another week

    doing this with her slim calves workout, yuuka sagawa's 8 min back posture workout and pamela reif's 10 min ab workout every day until my break ends on 1/14 :)
    i'm 5'7 at 110-115lbs (fluctuates daily) so my goal isn't to lose weight but to get rid of excess fat in my thighs and face and get my body used to working out. no changes to my diet other than drinking more water
    12/24 ✅ (i did some xhs leg tutorials for abt 4 days beforehand so it was easier to stretch)
    12/25 ✅️ felt rlly good, i used to not feel sleepy until 12am but now the exercise makes me relaxed and sleepy at 9!
    12/26 ✅️ did all but skipped the ab workout bc i had to meet up with friends and i had just showered
    12/27 ✅️ did it in the afternoon! (but didn't do ab workout!)
    12/28 ✅️ so i didn't measure the circumference of my legs before but i overall feel so so so much better. i'm more flexible (my heels can touch the floor during downward dog and i can touch my feet & hold it) and my calves feel firmer (if u do the slim calves workout too). my face also feels firmer bc of the backworkout! my thighs have the most body fat so it's harder to see changes there.
    12/29 ✅ did all four! the ab workout breaks me out in a sweat 😭

    12/31✅️ didn't do ab workout and i do not recommend doing this or the calf workout in bed, it's too unsteady 😭
    1/1 ✅️ happy new years! before today i usually did the back exercise, calf, then thigh (and ab if i felt like it). today i switched it up, instead of pamela reif's workout i did shirlyn kim's lower belly 7 min workout, thighs, calves, then the back workout. i think i'll stick to this routine from here on out. also i highly rec a back workout bc it 100% guaranteed gives me a good back crack. also i'm SO happy to say that the calf workout REALLY works- my calves feel firmer! before, when i pressed my legs to the ground, they touched, but now they don't :) i think i need more time for the thighs.
    1/2 ✅️ sweating so bad, I did 15 min cardio in the morning as well as a diff stretch workout. i think my body type is the type that loses thigh & face fat last :( so i have to be consistent
    1/3 ❌️ i've been pretty sick this week and to top it off, my thighs were so sore from the cardio i could barely squat without hurting a lot, so i just counted today a rest day. i did do a 11 ab workout instead and will probably replace the pamela reif one with this one instead from now on (i didn't do back or leg exercises today)

    Хочу делать эти упражнения неделю , если понравится то две ( обхват бедер 95-96)
    День 1- очень понравилось , такие упражнения я люблю , они все понятные и ошибки делать сложно
    День 2 , я в шоке -1 см , тренировка в кайф , делала без перерывов , искренне радуюсь делая ее
    День 3 - кайфую
    День 4 - сделано
    День 5 - 94 см , сразу после тренировки
    День 6 - ммвшщы горят возможно это из-за вчерашней проьежки
    День 7- сделано , из-за неправильного бега очень болят икры но я смогла😅
    День 8- сделано , боль осталась

    Doing this with another ab workout
    Thighs :65 Waist: 113 Weight: 74
    Day 1: ✅Had to cut out the "both legs in air" part. It was too tough. Overall it was burning a bit but doable
    Day 2: ✅My legs were screaming for help but i pushed through. My legs are so sore 😟

    thighs: 48cm (roughly 18.5 in)
    Day 1 : Did struggle, especially the leg lifting part but i did it ✅. Did not feel or see any changes
    Day 2 : Gave up on the leg lifting and did less hard but good exercise. Legs started to pain a bit but i was able to pull it of ✅.

    1 day - ✔️ Ноги чувствуют усталость, да и тренировка для меня была не лёгкой,но я справилась, так же прошла 17к шагов
    2 day - ✔️ сделал утром и вечером, немного стало легче делать

    I'm gonna start doing this along with another thigh workout!!!
    EDIT: I'm not on any diet while doing this workout. Since I don't eat snacks, I didn't limit my snacking either. I only ate regular food and drank lots of water the entire time.

    Okay so I have basically created my own workout plan essentially of 30-45 mins along with 5-6k steps and mindful eating (hopefully)

    abs: chloe ting abs & lili sabri 5 min abs (hopefully)

    stretches as well

    30/04: only did the leg workout (this) because i was lazy af, it was nice. had difficulties raising both my legs at once so skipped those 4 exercise (leg raise & touch the sky)

    Just started today, I will give the update in the morning!
    Update for day 1: No change, tiny change but not much I look the same.
    Day 2:
    Just did all the excercises, turns out day 1 did burn a bit and my gap is is beginning to grow! Update in the morning:
    Day 2 did burn some fat and I'm beginning to see a difference!

    day 1: kinda hard, but it’s okay. I’m also doing waist workout and a stretch. Skipped breakfast and may not eat anything for the day. Going of strong
    day 2: doing this workout on empty stomach, same like yesterday. Today it’s easier and harder in the same time:) but i feel the burn and i feel slimmer today than i did yesterday. Tomorrow in going to do this workout in around 3 am because im leaving early for the trip.

    Doing this today and for 2 months (thighs:26.3) I'm not completely sure 😭 cause i never measured before but I'll know how much i lost. (I'm doing 10/25/30 minutes running a day 1/2 times and
    3 of these exercises and search on google what one u wanna add on so it's four exercises and 10/25/30 minutes of running if u wanna do my routine I rlly like mine lol
    Day 1:✅didn't do all of it but did some and i don't see any changes obviously I'll do all of it tomorrow.
    Day 2:✅i didn't realize it would burn so much.
    Day 3:❌
    Day 4:✅ I did it and 3 days so far and I lost 0.5cm :).
    Day 5: ✅ exhausted
    Day 6:✅It was alr i feel like I lost some of it :) (0.6Cm)

    So I’m planing on working on my body until summer! I’m going to stay consistent with the same workouts! Which is going to be this workout and another one, HITT Pilates! Then I’m going to go on calorie deficit and go for daily walks. I’m going to also drink around 1-2L of water and decrease my soda, and proceeded food intake!

    Doing this for one or more weeks so I see if it works I‘m so excited
    Day 1: ✅ didn’t though that this workout would burn so much but it did. But the burn was so worth it I love this workout
    Day 2: ✅ Idk why but today burned way much more than yesterday but I still made all of the exercises and didn’t give up
    Day 3: ✅was a bit harder bc I was trying to do the exercises, that I couldn’t do so good
    Day 4: ❌ couldn’t do it bc I didn’t felt so good but I already saw some mini differences:)

    Okay I will do it for 4 months! ( I’m doing this with diet, with streches to get splits and other exercises )
    Start:
    Weight: 65,8kg
    Height: 158cm
    Thighs: 58cm
    Goal: 50-48cm
    Goal weight: 52kg
    Day 1:✅ It was so,so hard 🔥( I did only one set )
    Day 2: ✅✅ it was hard but not as much as Day 1 and i did 2 sets ( btw I lost 0,8 kg! And now I’m 65,0kg😮)
    Day 3: ✅ i did one set and it was not that hard like before and I’m so proud of myself!
    Day 4: ✅OH MY GOD my weight now is 64,5kg! It’s working and I’m so happy!! I did only one set bc i rode a bike for 30 minutes
    Day 5: ✅ I did this for only one set because at school I had Just Dance for 45 minutes ( btw my weight now is 65,0kg because I ate too much but I am still motivated! )
    Day 6: ✅ I did it but again I ate too much and the weight is as same as before but tommorow I’m going to be on diet for 4 months
    Day 7: I need some break cuz i did it for 6 days in a week
    Day 8: still I have break😢
    Day 9: ✅ Finally I did it and it was the easiest day ( I was 65,9kg because I ate too much ) Btw I was on ice skating for 2 hours
    Day 10: ✅ Omg my weight now is 65,5kg yayy OMG I don’t know How but my weight at the same Day in the evening is 65,1kg😻
    Day 11: ✅ OMG WHAT MY WEIGHT NOW IS 64,2kg YAYYY!!
    Day 12: I went to walking for 30 minutes so I Didn’t made this
