Update: I started today 17/11/23, it was actually so fun and easy it had a bunch of my favourite workout moves that I've gotten results from. Doing this x2 daily would give the best results, I'm also doing ab crunches 250-500 a day in different positions. It really helps tones my abs, so I'm excited to see the combination of this workout and the ab crunchs.
In order to stay true to the challenge I won't do other ab/waist workouts to see how effective this is cuz I only felt it would tone my hips and butt.
Also the music is 👌, I almost forgot I was working out.
Day 1-3: I did the workout x2 one the first 2 days, but by the 3rd day my hip muscles was stiff making it hard to get through the clam workout so I only did it once.
Day 4, 5, 6 & 7: 👌 stretching in the morning and before hand, made it easier for my muscles. Didn't do my ab crunches, I almost didn't do 5-6 but I powered through. Me vs 7 min workout, today I won 😂🎉
So my conclusion is that it's a short but effective workout, but it gets easier! Esp when u stretch your hip muscles etc. My butt is more round and bouncy 😂, my sister keeps saying it look good. My waist is also smaller, hips are rounder ( hip dip is less, lost minor thigh fat) and my abs are slightly toned, I can tell I've lost a bit of lower body fat. 10/10, I will continue this for another week ❤.

hi, I've been doing it for 6 days, on day 5 I wasn't at home so I took a break, but my waist has become thinner, my butt has less fat and is rounder! I had a hollow in my hips, it's almost gone!! It makes my hips round :D My thighs have become thinner too.
I will continue to do it despite high school which starts again on Monday 8, but I will try to update to tell you how it is evolving
PS:I do other workouts too, for abs, and legs and other random pilates
day 6: I just did it and now I have more pain, a little but not as much as before!
day 7 and 8: on day 7 I went to the beach and exercised a lot with the waves, but I felt really bad and lost consciousness, today it was tiring because it's back to school but I still lost thighs!
day 9 -12: I did it every day apart from Wednesday and Thursday because I did boxing in sports and running in high school so I took a 1 day break, my thighs are much thinner! and my hips are round I like it a lot
I have a very " b " butty shaped. I want a flatter butt. Does this will burn my butt fat ?

I've been exercising since the first day I released the clip until now, December 2nd. My waistline and fat have decreased. My legs have lost 1 inch and they are really slimmer. I'll keep doing it. Thank you for making the clips.

Day 2: ✅ not sure but I feel like I see a very small difference, it was still pretty hard to do but I expect it to become easier soon!

Ещеё занимаюсь упражнением для ног, для талии кроме этого три, упражнения для рук.
(Давно начала но только сейчас пишу)
1-✅было очень сложно но справился.
2-✅есть боли но не сильно
3-✅боль увеличился в зоне ног, рук, талии
4-✅уже привыкла не слишком больно когда занимаюсь
5-✅уже эти упражнения расслабляют, уже легко делать и на талии рук и т.д -1 и -2 см🥳 весь не изменился
6-⛔была вес день на дороге

@@skzreplayyy Hola, no al 100% pero si me disimulo un poco 😸 te recomiendo que también hagas la rutina de pilates de Song jia y Wonyoung y esta rutina de Yuna no lo hagas a diario ya que tu musculo se puede romper y ya no crecerá.
