I recommend this exercise. I’ve been doing this for 2-3x a week for a month. I lost 4 kgs already. From 55.75kg to 51.8kg. I also did dieting and intermittent fasting btw.

Please do more standing workout vids like that, I much prefer one long 40 min workout than having to do 4 different ones w/ 10 minutes each. I never have the courage to do another one after I finish the first, no matter how short the vid is. :')

The first time I did this cardio I was like “Gosh this woman is crazy how can she enjoy the burn” but now that I’ve taken a habit of it I long for the burn every day xD
I stopped working out for around 2 weeks because of the excuse, "my new mat hasn't arrived yet." Now Emi posted this video, so I must work out again 😅❤️

I loved this workout! I’m 47kg and burned 300 kcal following this 45min workout. I’ve been following Emi’s workouts since February 2021 and have lost 10.5kg since through healthier eating and exercise. Emi’s workouts are so fun to follow and I even have certain workouts on repeat each week and haven’t got bored yet 😝

@@BG-ss5vc I always have my 3 meals a day and I do intermittent fasting. So fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour window. Food wise, I don’t cut out the unhealthy foods like fried food - instead I just have smaller portions of it and I have increased my intake of fruit and vegetables.
I also make sure I keep active for at least 30mins a day whether it is walking, following workouts videos, and then take one day rest per week or whenever my body feels like it needs to! I’ve set this goal but have noticed over time I’ve wanted to exceed this and not just do the bare minimum that I’ve set myself.
This is what has worked for me and what I’d say most important is for you to turn it into the lifestyle you want. My aim is not the number on the scales anymore but feeling happy with myself and the lifestyle that I am living ☺️

I have been doing Emi’s workout and would like to increase to 40 min. Then I found this workout just in time!! It was intense but Doable, burned without exhaustion. I will definitely be doing it at least 3 times a week, eat sensibly to see result. My motivation started with this workout on 8/30/2021!! Love your work out Emiiiii!!! 😊

don't forget to drink water! you lose a lot during exercise and that can cause headaches! try to drink a bit before, during, and after!

Woah. I thought this was easy at first and kinda doubting the comment but when I tried, I immediately agreed with them. This was intense but bearable. For 2 months of constantly changing and looking for the perfect exercise finally, I found mine. I think this exercise gave the most sweat compared to my previous. I hope I can last without changing for a month.
