Voting is important. I don't think you can underpin the decline of the NHS servicing on just underfunding by the current government. It has been declining in capacity easily for the last 20 years with limited growth in higher populated metropolitan areas. London doesn't has massive open real estate to expand clinics and hospitals into in a cost effective way for example. Also the pandemic one shall not name also had massive knock on affects broadly across all budgets, staffing and other economic dynamics. Voting is important. Also voting doesn't encourage more people into skilled jobs when there are less intense work environments.
