I lived in echo park for 4 years and I fully understand how you felt the entire time I watched this video đ€Ł Iâve also done that walk from echo park to Hollywood and you definitely needed that $1.75 to get a ride back đ

The rest of America knows not to go to LA unless itâs strictly for business or just travel. Itâs unaffordable for 95% of us. Itâs remarkable the people who make it and Iâm sure theyre very nice. Very Depressing however

China town is very dangerous ,especially at night !! There's nowhere totally safe in this country ! Even Beverly Hills ! Although it's pretty safe in general ,definitely a lot ,way safer than the rests in Los Angeles ! I would not walk in alleys in L.A. !! Unless, I know the areas well & it's safe ! More than 10 years ago ,a German couple ( I believe newlyweds ! ) got killed in Santa Monica for taking photos in an alley !! Santa Monica is very very expensive to live in & safe during the day ,but there are unsafe areas there,too !! Gangs are everywhere in this country ! They believe the couple got shot to death by a gang member ! There were rapes going on at parking structures there in Santa Monica for a while as well. You have to use cautions everywhere you go in this country ! Better worry than sorry is so true here ! During the daytimes ,as long as you are with lots of people around ,then it's safe in general ! Downtown L.A. at night is very dangerous as well. đđ„đđ€đ¶đ
