This is a stretch but to me Godzilla evolves from each battle, absorbs and copies moves as the monsterverse goes on. He not only absorbs radiation from his defeated foes giving him a boost but also copes their moves later on. After the Mutos he got quicker, and uses his weight to pry Ghidorah down like Femuto, and uses his tail swipe he used on Hawkmuto on Ghidorah throwing him off balance. After Ghidorah he claimed Alpha status giving him domain over the surface, and some Ghidorahs sadism was displayed onto Kong during their fight(smirking at his pain/height advantage), and but when the tables turned and Mecha-G overpowered Godzilla moves smashing his face into buildings, and kiss of the death. After fighting Mecha-G, and Kong, Godzilla built his upper torso hence being able to somersaut Kong in Egypt, and when fighting Scylla he air blocks her like MechaG air block jumps Godzilla like back in Hong Kong, then after killing Scylla he got a radiation boost from her(nothing from her powers he wanted), killing Tiamat was a huge advantage her radiation, and aesthetics like his dorsal plates becoming shark toothed shaped. The magentic radiation gaved him the pink power up like it did for Tiamat.

Here's my thing. SpaceGodzilla needs to be an alien. Thats the biggest thing about him. The ideas of SpaceGodzilla being banished in the Hollow Earth makes more sense, but a Godzillasaurus or Godzilla transforming into SpaceGodzilla is a big no no on my book and it doesn't make sense. You can say Zo-Zla Halawa is a Godzilla with wings and is extraterrestrial but hasn't fully evolved yet.
