That guy that piloted mechagodzilla is still alive possessed by the spirits of Ghidorah as well as Kevins skull is still intact. It would be cool if there was another monsterverse movie with a mecha ghidorah with 3 proton beams while being a much larger titan.
@@KingGoji-m1r3 yeah or at least he wasn't mentioned in the film. I know everyone wants Destroyah in GvK3, however I think it's too soon for him. I think they should pull an Avatar and REVERT it back to the humans being the main villains in the next film (after a well deserved break from that concept in GxK as the idea of 'man vs nature' could become stale if overused, as The Way of Water proved), and this time, after the unimagineable destruction in GxK of Rome, Cairo, Rio De Janeiro and to an extent Portugal and southern France, the military has seized control of Monarch and all their assets, including the remains of Mecha Godzilla, then insisting on constructing Mecha King Ghidorah. All it really takes is for Godzilla to attack another power plant or battle a rogue titan one more time and they will bring him out - this time it won't be possessed by Kevin again, but rather completely controlled by the humans. And introduce an extremely ruthless army colonel as the main villain. Alex Ferns would've suited that role perfectly, but his character Michael in GxK at least foreshadowed it (he does mention 'more profit and no monsters, who could possibly want that', hinting that this could very well be an idea, though this role COULD also simply be played by Ren Serisawa. And make Mecha King Ghidorah the absolute bastard of a titan - have him slaughtering multiple giant apes, including the children and female apes, as well as destroying an Iwi temple for exploitation. I want the audience to get a bad guy they truly hate, that truly feels unstoppable.
@@joebrat6809I also have some wild ideas of the antagonists:
1) A human posessed with the Ghidorah spirit starts slowly mutating into the new Ghidorah, and needs to be stopped before its complete regeneration from the human body;
2) The Mecha Ghidorah or Destroyah being re-imagined as another titan-subduing weapon of humanity, with the strong emphasis on collective power (for example, its mechanical roar consisting of thousands pre-recorded human screams and laughs, or its head looking like a human one to instill fear of humans in every titan encountered);
3) A potential implementation of smaller anti-titan weaponry
This is perfect for setting up jet jaguar, i really hope we get to see him soon!

What humans have come up with is definitely impressive but they aren't there yet. The titan would have to be really worn down for them to have a chance. Adam Wingard did confirm that if godzilla had been at full strength he would have beaten mechagodzilla without any issue
Yeah, but, again, those are just basically an early prototypes which are tested by throwing them out against the most powerful titans in the world. Even weaker mechanical creations seems to be able to easily kill off a vast majority of titan species already
@@Skarrier totally agree man. I guess I was thinking in terms of top tier titans. Mecha Godzilla would beat most I think and the titan hunter could probably take down some lower level but actual titans. I just wish we had some more info on the other titans like abilities and such

The thing with things like the titan hunter and others going forward is first there will always be something stronger that comes after sure kong or godzilla could be killed and even if these mechs did take the alpha spot they would need to defend that crown from whoever comes next and secondly unlike monarch these groups want to preach human supremacy however the titans are not some invading force like in pacific rim they exist to help the planet and are just as important as bees or tigers and humanity wiping out all titans would cause mass casualties to the planet

It's worth noting that the only groups so far that have attempted titan killing projects have been corporations using their own money. The militaries of the world are presumably focused on fighting each other with little regard to the titans. But the second a major military like the PLA or the DoD decide a titan killing weapon is needed, the titans are kinda screwed, the amount of resources and money a Government can throw around compared to a corporation is unimaginable presumably they can build far more destructive weapons. Perhaps things like Macron guns or high efficiency Casaba howitzers could kill Titans maybe even Alphas in a single shot.
If they just don't use Ghidorah's head then maybe they can create much more powerful mech titan hidden to Godzilla.
The creation of MechaGodzilla and the Titan Hunter was just the beginning of Mankind defending itself against Godzilla and the Titans.
There's a possibility we'll see both the Government and the United Nations form the MonsterVerse's version of the United Nations Godzilla Countermeasures Center, G-Force. But instead, they'll call it the United Nations Titans Countermeasures division, AKA T-Force. This will proceed if the Government takes ownership of what's left of Apex Cybernetics.
Hence setting the stage for the return of Mecha-Godzilla
