Gigan is one of Godzilla’s greatest foes thanks for bringing this origin story on Gigan back to my attention.

And i have to agree with that one he wasn't the first to make Godzilla bleed but he was the first to make him bleed the most
i remember seeing some kinda conspet art of what Gigan looked like before he as turned. he had one eye and was covered in the gold scales we see on him and he was 3 fingered hands.

Seeing every Godzilla chapter, i already know that Gigan, Ghidorah and other creations by Planet X invaders are known as the Space Monsters. Actually in Godzilla Earth anime book he was not cyborg to begin with an was a protector every fight he got damaged and the humans an aliens would but cybernetics on him. Only titan to fight Earth Godzilla more than once he even looked cool.

In the monsterverse there is a monarch outpost in Roswell New Mexico, if we remember, in real life that was a site where an ufo crashed and the government took action, if they adapt that to the monsterverse is most likely that, that outpost has another alien titan

it would be awesome to have this be confirmed in the monsterverse as canon. I don't think we need Gigan in a film, but a comic or just a simple easter egg to imply it a little bit more would be awesome.
Gigan was always one of my favorite kaiju as a boy because his design was just so cool and unique and crazy. I liked this background story of him and even though I thought Toho did him dirty in "Final Wars" like they did to most all the other kaiju in it? I found your description to be pretty spot on. Well done!

I definitely can see a future monsterverse film with several enhanced or artificial Kaiju breaking free. Hedorah, biltonite & gigan are prime candidates for this, representing man’s interference with nature.
Gigan could easily be an enhanced Muto, a warrior variant taken as a larva & trained to respond to signal controls. Can see a villain wanting a Kaiju killer after events in monsterverse, a stalemate breaker if you will. Could see that terrorist group from KOTM pulling the strings & maybe even the birth of destroyah too.

I always thought that Gigan was once just a creature that was captured and forced to become a cybernetic abomination. Not to mention being forced to do things against his will. This in turn, made him extremely bitter, vicious, and hate everything around him to the point where the suffering of others is his only entertainment. He didn't want this, but had no say in the matter, and ever since then, he's allowed the darkness in his heart to take full control and consume whatever was left of his former self.

What Makes Gigan the deadliest of all Kaijus is the fact that:
1. It moves like an insect carnivore, the speed is more faster than a lizard trex put together.
It has Buzz Saws to heck st any foe it please to do so.
It doesn't run on energy like mammals and reptilian do.
2. It managed to claw Godzillas eye out in a full fight.
Now imagine remaking the full fight again.... it's the stuff of nightmares. I would love to see Gigan come back.
