I think part of what is going on is a desire to look more natural. She and some of her family members were being questioned more frequently in interviews about their possible cosmetic enhancements, surgical and nonsurgical, most of which they have denied. I think Kim was smart enough to know that few people were buying the denials. I think the changes to her face (not so much her body) will make the denials seem slightly more plausible. And I agree with Lorry's theory that she might have a desire--conscious or unconscious--to go back to a more carefree time when she was beginning to enjoy some of the perks of fame but could still have a considerable degree of normalcy and privacy.

She looks great!! I'd do the same if I had the cash. My former boss was a hot mess with very wrinkled face - the lasers really helped smooth things out gradually.

2007 were simpler times

I myself have a small hump on my nose and I don't think it ever bothered me enough to remove it. Mine is small though. I do not get the need to not have it. Her nose looks good now and more fitted to her face. I think the precipice of plastic surgery is to want to look better and than when we see our younger selves we want that again too. I do not think it is possible to go back and is more important to find ways to grow with who we have become on the outside with age. super hard though.

that there are soooo many people who want to know how to do makeup on hooded eyes shows you that it is totally normal to have hooded eyes. when the lids are drooping down and make problems with vision kn highes ages it can be a problem of cause. but to start with it's a normal eye shape.

Hi Lorry, i believe that there is plastic surgery and then there is plastic surgery... none of us has access to Kim plastic surgery, which is obviously life changing.

It’s youth she wants to reclaim because older people get trashed and thrown under the bus. All the fame and fortune is allocated for the young in the entertainment business. People are hating on Kim all over the Internet lately. I’m sure that’s having an effect.

Self-acceptance was never learned by the members of this family. Low self-esteem is part of these people's daily lives and sadly, self-confidence can't be purchased at the market. Luckily, plastic surgeons can sell good appearance and good looks. I mean, weird looks.
