Too bad it meant nothing. Sadly she still abused drugs and died. And her daughter followed right behind her. A sad story all around

She actually was a model. But a far greater singer. Whitney had the height; the body; and the face for modeling. But the voice was a far greater talent. The modeling agency that captured her young beauty at the time was Wilemina modeling agency. A very prestigious agency who also hosted Gia. Gia was considered the very first supermodel who also had a drug addiction and eventually died of AIDS. They have very similar tragic stories. Even though drugs were very popular in the 80s. These beautiful ladies we’re looking for love in all the wrong places. Unfortunately, it led to their both untimely death. May they both RIP.
@@andrewgarfield9898I think she had the wrong people around her. She needed support, people wanted her money and estate. Ans she couldnt recognize or wasnt aware she had people who were using her. She was too good for these people. She trusted them too may and this led to betrayal. People werent as faithful and loyal as they claimed to be.

i will always mourn the loss of whitney, as well as amy winehouse. both were fighting HARD for their sobriety but those last relapses proved fatal. i am in recovery myself and i know how hard the fight is every single day.. both of those women wanted to LIVE & were working so hard to make that happen.. breaks my heart 💔
Not trying to downplay addiction but Whitney did not die from drugs. Hope they are both in a peaceful place now.

I can't be on my own in saying that I never detected any surgeries on her face. I thought her style just evolved drastically with the time periods and that's why she looked different. Fascinating video 👍.
Honestly, I think this was the case for most of the things pointed out. I was struggling to see the differences pointed out and was thinking some of it may have been makeup and weight gain or loss, or just the moment. I also think photos from photoshopped album covers shouldn't be used for stuff like this. In the 90's she was pregnant multiple times, though she miscarried, all except one, so that can cause changes. I can believe she had a subtle facelift in the later years, as I did notice a change then... specifically to her mouth as she no longer had that signature "curl" to her upper lip.
You are not the only one. I am not an expert but if whitney had any work done, it was very minimal and subtle. I have looked at videos of Whitney's transformation over the years and Whitney literally looks the same. From her lips to her chin to her nose and face in general. I think her looked naturally changed due aging and lifestyle. I think some people can not phathom some people being naturally beautiful without the help of cosmetic surgery. Whitney does not take me as a woman who cared about the glitz and glamor, she just wanted to sing. Not only that, she comes from a long line of naturally beautiful women who never had surgery, her mother Cissy, Dionne Warwick, Aretha Franklin etc. These were women of natural beauty and high esteem who I am sure had more influence over Whitney than what the industry thought. In my humble opinion I believe is that Whitney's drug use aged her significantly by the time she passed at age 47. Whitney looked ten years older than her real age but still beautiful. Whitney changed her look constantly throughout her career. Her hair and makeup always changed. She had acne so she did wear lots of concealers and contour. Pictures are deceiving but live videos told the truth. Whitney was a natural beauty and any work done was done so meticulously you can not tell with the naked eye
@@bigd7386actually the doctor that has done her autopsy said that he found only two teeth that weren’t her and she didn’t have any rhinoplasty it’s just make up and her nose changing from teenager to an adult , if you look at my nose from teenager to now it’s completely different this is how our bodies evolve and for the breast you can see it’s just different bras positioned check the autopsy of dr hunter and he speaks usually of what celebrities has done and said that Whitney was the only natural beauty except few teeth she may had lasers and energy devices treatments but no surgery as he would have seen it , I still don’t understand how people compare a picture with no make up with one full makeup and we’ve seen what counturig can do .
@@paigenotfound2696 I have to disagree with she looked 10 years older. She looked GREAT for a woman approaching 50 and a history of strong addiction (even not considering those factors). I think the only true physical evidence of her addiction were her teeth. Many things were said about Whitney, but her aging beyond her years was never one of them and this is the first I ever heard/read that.
I agree. I think angles & makeup account for much of this. Whitney was forthcoming about having her breasts done. I can imagine oral work was also done after her addiction took it’s toll. There were also reports that came out saying she was attempting to have a face lift (in her final years) but the doctor wouldn’t clear her.
I was nervous to watch this because I'm sensitive when it comes to Whitney. But you handled this with such care, respect, and rigor. Thanks, Lorry. Miss you, Whitney

As a fan I promise I’m not being biased bc she definitely had breast implants and teeth work done as the autopsy reported but I really don’t believe she got anything done to her face. Some of these after pics for the nose jobs and such were from before the before pics…No hate to lorri but I think this video wasn’t researched well enough. Tbh I think most of the facial changes like the more prominence in her cheek bones and chin can be attributed to weight loss from her drug usage. My hypothesis is the drug usage prematurely altered/aged her face in a way she was more sunken in starting in the mid 90’s. The only thing that may be plausible is the facelift in the mid/late 00’s, I personally don’t see it but that could be possible. This is my opinion on the matter but with that said I do appreciate this video covering my favorite legend of all time!
She definitely had a couple of rhinoplasties.
Definitely doubt that, especially multiple….Her nose literally looks the same in the before and after photos and her nose looks bigger as she got older in the 00’s. If she did get one it’s extremely subtle work and I don’t think that was possible back then. The Jackson’s were some of the biggest stars of that time having had access to the best doctors money could buy yet still their nose jobs were *VERY OBVIOUS* lol

Whitney Houston was gorgeous she didn't need any cosmetic surgery. Whitney looked her best in the early 80s. I love her duets with Jermaine Jackson and Teddy Pendergrass. I'm not surprised that Whitney Houston had dental prosthesis there's tons of entertainers that have this procedure done.

I remember hearing Kevin Costner speaking at her funeral live. I live about 20 miles from where the funeral took place. It’s worth googling. You’ll find his speech. He seemed to have been in love with her, even with his wife sitting there.

There is a show about autopsy that the doctor states he only noticed a modest breast augmentation. Reports also that she wanted a face lift before her last tour but her health did not support it and she was advised not to do it.

Another great video. I agree with the implants, some nose jobs, dental work, maybe some face lifting later on or eye pulling procedures.
These were also different times with different procedures & recovery. As well as skill level even if you were a rich celeb. I think the work she had looks age appropriate along the way. Always beautiful.
I will also say I've witnessed addict's face change due to the different substances or because they're not eating so there is malnutrition too. Some of that I think also plays into some of her appearances looking different. Also probably why she got new teeth.
I remember some of the home videos they had she looks so different. Some substances can harm the nose as well. A lady in my town had her nose redone due to that back in the 90s.
Whitney was gorgeous & had a wonderful voice. Whatever work she had done , especially to her face looked good to me. The implants look a little iffy at times but that could again be due to the times , where they placed them, & how thin she was.
