Online research is so much easier than going to a doctor. It takes time, but that beats blind trust in a doctor. Proper fitness is important. Like she said, be careful of wrong diagnoses from yourself or a doctor. Listen to your body. If pain increases, stop and reevaluate why. Lacking core stability while doing squats, deadlifts, and leg presses leads to a herniated disc 😅. Worst pain I've been in. Stretching and going to a chiropractor was the wrong move. Physical therapy helped a bit. Working out and learning on my own has been the primary solution.

Hi Liv, thanks so much, I have been following for a while now and learning a lot!! I have two questions: 1. Whould you maybe do some classes / courses about being hypermobile and taking care of your body in yoga. I experience that I have a BIG range of flexibility but I am afraid that I dont have the right tools and the strenght to take care of it. What to practice? How to listen to your own body? What not to do? Do you have any links for other yoga teachings that focus specially on this topic/body type? Thanks again, I am a huge fan of ypu classes and use them almost daily😊

Stretching it directly can but you have to be ultra consistent. Complimenting with those dynamic stretches and complimentary stretches makes it easier for sure.

Weird question but what shoe brand are you wearing. They look like they have a wide toe box but conformable.

it's actually really working i have like 2 cm different like howw?? but thank you so much but what happend if its only working for like a couple minutes and then it go back to the before position

I guess you need to be very confident in tripod headstand and crow first. I can do them both individually, but not confident and easily, so I'll keep working on those 2 (and my other arm balances) and I'll keep this one for afterwards ❤ You make it look so easy... :)
