After scoring a 9, I realise how inflexible many people must be. And there was me lamenting not being able to do the splits or a pancake fold!
Yes absolutely! It’s aaaall very relative
I've been stretching for an hour each day for a year and still scored 3 lol
same I'm struggling with splits as well
My score is minus 10, but with your lessons I am on my way to improve it to a positive area. 😜
I was a 7. I struggle with sitting cross legged. I had knee surgery this summer and still healing and working on flexibility. Thanks Liv!
I’ve been practicing yoga for many years, I love how you explain the postures so thoroughly, I’m a. 9 sending love 🙏🏻 x
Liv, I cannot thank you enough for the work you do…
I scored a 9 and I credit that to doing Liv’s flexibility improvement exercises/moves every morning since she started producing them a few weeks ago. I’m proof that not only do the exercises produce positive results; it has been far easier to stretch a little further and keep challenging myself. The biggest improvement has been my shoulders. And I’m very grateful as they have endured several injuries and so has the rest of me. 😊🙏
I am 61 and I scored a 7...more to work on but improving daily thanks to you and several other CZcams channels
Please post more full length yoga classes. I love the ones you’ve already done and would love to continue with something more challenging. Thank you for all of the great content you provide!
3. Ugh. Have not done anything in years but sit. Have worked on flexibility and strength this past year and pleased to see some improvement. There is hope yet for this fat 72 year old. 😂 Thanks for the informative and entertaining videos.
9 - i've just discovered your videos and i LOVE them - i've been practicing for 20 years and i'm still learning a ton from you
Nice! I scored a total of 3.
So glad I stumbled across your channel. What an OUTSTANDING well packaged product you've created. Thanks & Congratulations! Subscribed!
So fun! Can’t wait to try this.
I have scored 7!
Only scored 3 on the hips but still proud of it
I'm 5 months into recovering from a big knee injury, hopefully in a couple of months I can improve on 2,1,0.5 😆
I was high hope, to score somewhat high, but got an 9. I'm really impressed by myself
4. Great place to start! Love your videos! Thank you!!!
I score a 9 without surprise but more interestingly i learn how to assess it thanks you very much for it .
Always manages to make it short, fun and above all very interesting ... love this one!!! Scored 8 btw
6, not bad but I definitely want to improve!
I scored 7!
My hips are so tight, I struggle to sit cross legged but I feel I am improving slowly! Thanks for your videos, Liv!
3 + 2 (maybe) + 2 = 7 (or possibly 6.5!) It’s because of 3 years of yoga classes that my numbers are that good. Before all that yoga I think I’d have been looking at 2 + 1 + 1
3+2+3=8. I'm surprised I didn't do as well on the hamstrings, as I can easily touch my toes, and even get down to my knuckles when warmed up. Still, not bad for almost 58! 😁
omg the elephant
4-2-3
Thanks for this one
Fun test!
7 (3+1+2)... Runner's hamstrings! and something my PT/yoga teacher is working on with me!
That would be 6, but on the upside, there's more room for improvement 🤪
@@khakicam5400 maths is hard! 6 indeed.
7! Happy with that 😃
I scored a 9. I love stretching and I’m working on my middle splits now!
Shoulders: 2.5 the 2 is easy but I can't quite reach the 3 without cheating.
Hamstrings 1 and 1. My hams need help. Seeing as I just discovered the sciatic nerve glide a few days ago (no real improvements yet cause the hamstrings are just as bad even though they're not the limiting factor) I'll give this one a temporary pass. I know how to fix it now, I just need time to do so.
Hips easy 3. I dunno, it just works for me. Always has.
Overall 7 (7.5 if you'll allow the half score). Mostly decent, just one area needs major help.
8 😊. Love your work!
Fantastic ✨✨✨✨✨
3+1+3 - my hamstrings are very stiff and no matter how much I stretch them, they never seem to change. I'm hyper flexible in most other areas.
Enjoyed that, I practice yoga on my own everyday so tend to overlook any physical gains that I may be making. Gains probably not the right word or even the point of yoga but still nice to be heading in the right direction. 🏃♂️
Im small too which probably makes it easier but its a 9 for me 👐
same here
9, I’m hypermobile especially in my knees hips and shoulders. So it just makes flexibility stuff easier
Hey I admire your all the playlist..
Can you please create something on correct the torso itself..due to bad sitting habits
6! I have some things to work on :)
Score 9!! Yes!!!
8! However, it has taken years to get there and flexibility is something I really have had to work hard at. Definitely not a natural.
Wow, 3, 1, 3. I didn't realize how unbalanced my flexibility is from area to area.
Can do you an advanced version of this test that's more challenging for people who scored 9?
2 for shoulders, 1 for hamstrings, and 3 for hips, so a 6 in total
Shoulders = 3
Hips = 3
Hamstrings(both) = .....1
Yikes! at least I know where to focus my stretching efforts. Checking out your channel for tips to improve that now! Great content.
So do you have a playlist to go step by step on a full body stretch. I can’t touch my toes sitting or standing. I’m a toe Walker and have never been able to release hamstrings. I have a lot of very tight upper back muscles and disc issues in lower back. I’d love to be able to do toe touches, and ultimately do a cartwheel without hurting my groin muscles. A headstand or split would be fun to show off but I’m not sure even how to not be in pain. I need my core , upper back and shoulders to relax to sing. I have so much tension that it makes me lose my voice way faster than I used to. I need a start to finish daily workout. Maybe something I can do before work or bed that can actually help.
No matter where you are you're doing great, keep up stretching after a workout a couple times a week and you will get better :)
8 points, happy with that
@livinleggings, what are the exercises for shoulder improvement? I scored 1 in shoulders, while 3 in hamstrings and hips. 😮 thank you in advance for your recommendations 😊
9! good video
I love the elephant!😆😍
Score keeper cause I _will_ forget:
3 points
2 points
3 points
8! And I’ll work on hamstrings ;)
Bạn là một giáo viên tuyệt vời. Tôi rất thích các bài tập luyện của bạn. Bạn rất quyến rũ
9!I got all three points
I scored 1 on the first two and then surprisingly 3 on the last
3 😂 now i have to do some flexibility work
9 hell yeah🥳
Great test! 3+3+1 or 2, hard to tell. Guess my hamstrings are even tighter than I thought. Touching toes is misleading me, I guess. Will have someone evaluate how far forward I am. Good goals to work towards. At 67, proud of my two high scores. 🥰 Gentle stretching every morning really helps me stay flexible. TFS
I scored 7 because of my hamstrings 😢
I will keep on trying! Thanks
I scored 12. Fairly happy with that as a 47 year old.
That was fun 😁
I am a proud 9.
But flexibility isn't everything, right? There are a lot of poses less flexible people can achieve because of upper body strength for example and I admire them for that.
We all have different skills but we help each other getting better.
And you help me so much these days. I never liked yoga except yin but your videos are great 👏🏻🤗
My score was 2, 3, 3 (I only go hiking).
7 total s:3 ham:1(x2) hip:2
2 / 3/ 1 for me .. definitely need to improve on those ! Perhaps too many hours on my backside watching YT videos
The total score is 7 2 for shoulders 1 for hamstring on both legs and 3 for hips to be far I've been doing the butterfly stretch since kingraden and I'm mutilated gained in on of my shoulders thx to gens but I am going to watch your videos seeing as how I started searching again about 3-4 mothers ago most of them being for my hamstring
Ok so 1 point for each. However, for the hamstrings, i couldn't even stand up straight, never mind tilt forward....i had to lean back to enable my raised leg to straighten, and i didn't even attempt to flex my foot!
Im 7 :( feeling like my back is a heavy rock with no flexibility. I wonder how much i can go further with regular practice. I just discover you today and feel lucky 🧡
2.5 - 0.5 - 3 😂
Thank you for your wonderful videos! I‘ll look for your hamstring-videos now…
1st one = 1 point, 2nd one = 1 point (couldn't even point my toe up), 3rd one = 3 points. Total 5 points.
I´m scoring 8 to 9 at age of 55 (if that´s relevant). Thanks to daily morning yogaroutine since 4 years or so I´guess I´m quite flexible for my age even if there are still some miles to go.
I got 7 points!
3+2+3=8, pretty surprised by my hamstring flexibility. Training pais off 💪
I got. 10 or more idk but I’m proud I’m able to do stuff like splits and more good luck on your journey everyone
8!
TEST 3: 3 POINT
I am young and do sports a lot, and this includes tennis, volleyball, squash, gym and so on. I scored a 3 and wasnt even close to getting 2 points xD
9
2/2/2.5ish. That’s not bad given that I’m 6’7.5! I was expecting much worse!
Cool, i scored 9. I don't think its so surprising tho. AMAZING video tho!
I scored 9…but I absolutely don’t think of myself as flexible. I do yoga every day to try to improve…I can’t do the splits (traditional or middle), I can’t do the wheel and a pincha is beyond my shoulders! Interesting!
I'm going to do this tomorrow when I'm not exhausted and in bed lol
TEST ONE 1 POINT!
TEST TWO 2 POINTS
Man :( I scored. A 2 I need more working but ty for letting me know my level so I will try more >:)
Mine is 9 those were really easy in my opinion but gl
6 - I do have to work on my hamstrings
I scored the max, but I knew it already. I'm a lazy bum but I was born with something a doctor calls "loose tendons"(I hope it is correct) so I'm very lucky as you can position me in any way and I don't have any issues. I can put my legs behind my shoulders and do some crazy stuff. But even if for people watching me it's fun, I'm a bit bummed because basically, all the exercises for flexibility are very boring for me. Some Yoga poses, splits, all that is not a challenge at all and I like challenges. Gladly, I have many weaknesses, especially since my upper body is not strong at all, like embarrassingly weak. My lower body, thanks to years of ballet and basketball is quite strong, and have good muscle memory even after months or years of inactivity but the upper part... I'm a jellyfish! So my challenge now is to be able to do a headstand or handstand. I think it will be impossible for me but who knows. I am starting my research and they say that at least being flexible helps (I hope so). Let's see how many years is going to take me! I just wanted to report my case because I know of other people like me and instead of saying that they were LUCKY , they brag making other people feel like they are not good enough. I always explain that for me is natural and it wasn't because of any effort I out into it. So kudos to all those who are not very flexible (yet) You can definitely improve A LOT.
3+2+3= 8 - but I still hate how my hamstrings are tight compared to the rest of my body 😅
I think I’m an 8 today.
As long as I have the strength and flexibility I need for work (Landscape gardening) I’m happy.
But that’s why I’m always working on strength and flexibility. There’s always room for improvement and if you don’t work at it you lose it.
3 + 1 + 3 .... gotta work those hamstrings!!!
im a dancer and i got an 8. i have issues with hamstring stretches with flexed feet due to nerve tension, so i could not bring my hands past my feet
My score is currently at 8, but I have problems with my isg, piriformis and my left hamstring, so there is a bit of a weak point.
Is a 9 a good score or what is it out of??
8. Hamstrings were my only 2
I only miss out on the hamstrings😅 the other 2 are no problem
8
I scored 9
6
I scored an 8. Shoulder flexible has always been a problem.
2+1+1=4 as it seems😁. I am pretty rigid 😅
Easy nine
6 🥺 want to get bendyyyy
I scored 8
3+3+3 👍
