      thanks for your question! Due to one-sided and insuffcient movement in daily life, our muscles and fasciae can tense up and become stiff and sore, in your case particularly on the right side. 🙏 If you do our stretches and exercises regularly, you can relax your muscles and improve your flexibility.       Thanks for your comment! Usually, you should be able to perform them, although we can't properly evaluate your individual case from a distance, which is why you better check in with your physician before you attempt any of the exercises. 🙂🙏
