    I've had chronic low back pain for 5 years and struggled to sleep with low back pain for that time...and waking up every morning in pain. These stretches are amazing. I wake up in the morning with no low back pain! You are an ANGEL!

    1 - 3 mins of frog pose before bed will give me nightmares :D Though, doing it on a squishy surface rather than hard does sound a little easier.

    Ooooh! I usually try do my workout first thing in the morning as this is when I have motivation to get things done, but these are great and simple for in bed before bed!

    Ive been in the fexibility journey for a long time. Never heard stretching before bed helps improve flexibility. I used to stretch on comfy sufaces and noticed a feeling of over-stretching. Ill try it again

    Being able to stretch before bed, instead of having to use a mat and outside-clothes, is really what I was looking for. But, what happened to your other advice, on stretching in sets (preferably 3 sets of 30") and not for 1-2 mins?

    Thank you for your videos, I like that they are so concise and the obvious fact that you know your subject so well which is apparent in your detailed explanations. They are making quite a difference with my flexibility. Thank You!
    Do you have a video explaining the yoga breathing techniques? Especially regarding stress relief. Years ago, Someone showed me this, and it certainly did help. I would like to pass this on to my lovely friend who has a lot of stress in her life at the moment but I have forgotten the details, I do want to pass it on correctly. There are many videos out there but they differ quite a lot. I would feel confident in what I was passing on were it to come from you Liv. I hope that you can help.🤞

    I love this video. It doesn't work on a single bed, I'm a 55yr old beginner and not bendy at all so it's probably me 😂 i think your channel is amazing 🎉

    Love the routine! The cross legged fold feels great in my hips, but I get a bit of knee pain and am afraid of injuring my joints. Do you have any tips for this?

      If you have pain, don't do it, never force a move. Those are general exercises, not including injuries. As she said, there are other exercises you can find that would fit you best for your case.

    I have just found your channel and I love it ❤❤. Do you do a progressive yoga class/ course I feel like I get stuck doing the same things and my flexibility doesn't improve nor does my strength. I'm still fairly beginner and learning to move with my breath and not force things....

    Shouldn't I warm up be4 stretching? How does that work for stretching be4 bed?

    I envy your frog pose!
    I’m on my feet all day.
    My stretches are
    - Hero pose, (hang on….don’t rush…)….then bend the arms, hands in prayer above head and walk elbows a smidge away….oh yeah…feel it between shoulder blades…
    - then sit on shins, and lean back onto elbows…tilt pelvis (tuck tail)..to stretch quads…breathe!….just relax….
    - then on to back….. knees bent do you can touch heels….(mind turns to a vacuous expanse)…then either windscreen wiper the knees or lift knees to a tuck (90 degrees) and roll knees to one side with arms to side, breathe, then the other…breathe….then any other stretch….
    Then gently crawl into bed.
    If your wife says something you probably won’t be cognitive enough to understand…I’d go with saying something positive, like ok, or yes…then if there’s no response after a minute…you can sleep . . . zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    1/2 frog pose is much more effective, i.e. alternate legs
