There was something seriously wrong with that dyno.. Toyota says that car stock makes 154 hp at the wheel and 16.9 in the quarter mile. So the fact that before any mods, their Camry did 17.3 meaning it may be down a few hp but NO WAY it's only making 106.5 hp

Position of the MAF is key. OE airbox ensures best reading of airflow across the sensor. Look at the bellmouths used on ITB setups, a good aftermarket intake has similar design incorporated to keep the MAF reading accurately.

Honestly, keeping a VERY affordable car on the road and giving someone transportation that they may need, or can actually enjoy living life with is well worth the investment if you have the know how and what not that MCM clearly has.
