I am shocked when I hear these remarks: white people are often called racial. I would not dare to say something in the lines of ‘it’s a plus for me that this writer is white’. I would be competely crushed by people for saying that. I just don’t understand the world anymore. To be clear: I think anybody is entitled to say whatever. But if white people are always blamed for each thing they say, why is this being seen as a ‘normal’ thing to say when ‘it’s just the same..’

Tell them about your day, thank them for being guardian angels, and at night pray for their protection in all that you do. I know it sounds weird; but that connection to these two beings will day-by-day, week by week lessen the sting of losing two significant beings in your life. Hope this helps.

I lost my dog of 13 years in November 2022. I’ve gotten two dogs since that I absolutely love, but they can’t fill the hole I have for my first dog. I got him when I was 8 and he had been with me through high school graduation and he was there when I went through a nasty break up with my first real love when I was 21. I’ve really kicked up the reading since I lost him so I feel it. Also with the Bridgerton series, my mom bought me the 2nd in the prequel series and I liked it, never got around to getting the other books though

😂 I literally just went to a bridal shower and we did the same thing. It was so fun.

What you’ve brought up about grief is so real, I lost my grandpa in July and my great grandma in February and those who events brought back grief of losing my other grandpa and my cat and I totally feel you in the fear of losing someone

I lost my dad last year and think of him every day…grief comes in waves and everyone has good days and bad days….sorry to her of the loss of your beloved dog bane pets are apart of our families and when they leave us we grieve for them as well…sending love and prayers 🙏🏽

Kristin Hannah is a hit or miss author for me.i would recommend getting her newer book from a library used book sale or check it out from the library because even though her writing is good her endings are depressing which I have to be in the mood to read.

I usually don't care about spoilers in romance, but whoever wrote the Helen Houng description just laid out the whole story. It was like Cliffsnotes. 😒

As for Meta AI, and AI in general, the technology is still extremely bias. there are courses on how to use AI or learning models to answer questions because the tools tend to lack diversity. the more specific you are, like adding time limits such as books published from 2020-2024, setting details like location and season, and even the type of couple you’re looking for, might help refine your search. I hope this isn’t coming off as negative, I work in IT, have my masters in IT and constantly learning about data bias in technology and information and since AI is so big, I thought I’d mention some tips on how to help with your search! YES Bridgerton is still worth it to read. The show changes some things from the books. Some of the siblings' love stories are better than others. My personal favorite is Benedict's story and Colin's. Queen Charlotte book is good, but this mirror's the show exactly since Shonda played a major part in that season. There wasn't originally a story/book for Queen Charlotte until after the show and her season came to be.

I lost my daddy 22 years ago this August and at times, it hits me like a ton of bricks. I also lost my 27 year old son in 2021. Mother’s Day was ROUGH. I share my grief on my IG and it’s such a blessing to be open about it. Grief is that dirty little secret that doesn’t get talked about… I wish that it was talked about openly. 😢 Also, I don’t know if you’ve read the seven year slip…I waited months to read it. it was so good! It deals with grief so beautifully.
