Brady is literally so sweet. The way he kissed ur forehead when u were crying....just So tender and beautiful. 💜💜 So sorry for your loss. I know Bane meant the world to you. I thought this vlog would be hard to watch because seeing someone else grieve while you're also grieving doesn't seem ideal, but it wasn't bad. I lost my dad last month and it hasn't been easy. But you're right, not a lot of people get to experience that kind of love or make memories with the people they love, so I'm taking comfort in cherishing the memories I was able to have with him.
I love when you share your relationship with us. It’s so nice seeing him love and support you.
I was thinking I know it might be hard. But maybe you should try one day doing the things you did with bane. To celebrate his life. He would want you to keep going on and to be happy. Sorry again for your lost sister I hope you can find peace and comfort. I pray it will get easier

@@ShawnaciSchroederif you cremated your dog and have a backyard, maybe scatter his ashes around the backyard? I had my dog cremated in 2022 and I’ve been wanting to spread his ashes in his favorite spots in my yard, just haven’t found the time to do it yet.

I wanted to comment in your previous video when you talked about Bane but just couldn't find the words. I still don't have the words other than to say how very sorry I am for your loss. You are so wise to allow yourself the space and time to sit with your grief. When I lost my dachshund (of 17 years) it also brought up the grief I felt when I lost my dad. It was such an unexpected part of my grieving process. Anyway, thank you Shawnaci for your vlogs, and for shining so brightly ⭐⭐⭐

Thank you for introducing me to this series!!! You may be able to donate the dog food at a homeless shelter. Purchase a deep picture frame and house Bane's doggie dishes,toy, leash/ collar and pictures where u can hang it on the wall. I did one for my Dad when he passed away...I have pictures, his watch, scissors (he was a barber) his barber license, etc in a deep picture frame. Got it off of Amazon. Just a suggestion.

I’m sorry for your loss. I lost my dog my freshman year of college while I was away at school. We’d had him since second grade. One thing that helped me was getting a stuffed animal that looked like him to bring back to school so I felt like he was still involved in things

I completely relate to this video. I lost my pup last year. I used to take her on a walk to the beach every morning, one of my favorite things. After she passed, it’s been very difficult for me to enjoy that part of my life again without feeling the grief.

I know this is controversial, but have you considered looking for another dog? Pups always need adopting and it can honor Bane by rescuing and loving a dog with his same spirit. It helped me, but it's not for everyone.
I’m sorry for your loss they are family. I’m going through the same thing as well. I lost my cat over this past weekend. I haven’t done anything with his stuff yet. Try to stay strong.

How do you decide which books to keep and which to give away?
And how do you decide which physical books to purchase and which to get on Kindle?
When I look to see what books I want to give away, I usually look at the books I’ve had the longest and see if I’m still drawn to them. My taste has changed so much over the years! The books I read on kindle are usually the ones that have super small text or a font I don’t like, something like that! I’m picky about how my book looks!
